Oversized living areas, featuring three bedrooms & three full bathrooms for your comfort and convenience. Four beds equipped with large smart TVs with Netflix and Hulu, and Wi-fi ensuring endless entertainment. Includes all cooking essentials, beach towels, etc. Estero State Park's entrance is only 8 houses down, offering miles of walking trails along the river. Some issues, but quick response and fixes
We stayed at the property for almost a week and had a great time. The pool was being fed by the hot tub, so for a few days it was at 101 degrees. Had a hard time turning down the thermostat, but eventually worked it out with the owner to turn off the heater all together. The pool was down to 90 by the last day. Also the water pressure plummeted mid-trip, but the owner came by that day and it was better than ever by that evening.Overall it was a good stay.

A 5-star rental
The property was immaculate and seemed almost new. Andrew was a wonderful host. We had a couple of requests, and he responded very quickly. The main photo online does not do this properly justice; the home is larger with pleasing landscaping and yard leading to the canal. The spa/hot tub was greatly.

Back-up Plan
Had to make a last minute change to our lodging with Hurricane Milton. Host was very responsive. House was nice. Missed the pool but couldn’t be helped with debris from storm. King beds in all 3 bedrooms. 2nd bathroom a little small in 2nd bedroom.
Great to have a nice place on short notice.

My daughter's 21st birthday
We rented the house for my daughter's 21st birthday. It was great. There was enough room for everyone. Pool was fantastic. All had a great time.

Wonderful property
Beautifully landscaped house in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was great, but the pool area was the star. Pool and spa were great for relaxing with plenty of comfortable chairs for lounging.
