Upgraded ceramic cannes tile flooring has been installed throughout the house giving it an unpolished stone natural look. OPEN-CONCEPT LIVINGThe living room contains a large leather cream sofa and a beige upolstered pullout sectional sofa bed to view the 75" Roku Smart TV. The kitchen has a center island equipped with a white granite counter top, sink, dishwasher and 4 barstools for seating under its overhang lip. Perfect for preparing a meal while hanging out with the rest of your guests as they watch TV or sitting at the table overlooking the outside pool.
