我在大使館套房住了30多年,並目睹了這個曾經受人尊敬的品牌的緩慢而穩步下降。希爾頓允許他們的房產以這種方式下降是不正常的,但埃斯特羅的ES當然符合該法案。首先,工作人員專業且樂於助人。這裏沒問題。大樓外觀看起來很棒,前台區域很新,乾淨,熱情。一旦離開前台區域,物業就會快速下山。包括酒吧、餐廳和公共區域的內部區域至少有20年沒有翻新。其中包括塑料花,1990年代中期的綠色裝飾,磨損了我們的椅子和桌子,瓷磚地板,有污漬和磨損的地毯。酒吧面積很小,很陳舊,但每晚的歡樂時光是值得尊敬的。房間....hmmm.....地毯有點新,但房間的其餘部分是舊的和過時的。客廳傢俱老舊,破舊,1沙發1椅子1桌子....就這樣。衛生間的夾具很陳舊,淋浴還有1995年的希爾頓浴簾。牀至少10-12歲。我的牀在裏面睡着了,睡得很艱難。沒有家政服務!!如果你想換新的毛巾,洗髮水等,你可以到前台自己去拿!!很明顯,業主只是享受$進來,但沒有投資翻新的意圖。我們在一週中支付了$300/night。我知道這是佛羅里達州西南部的旺季,但充其量是159美元-$179/night的房產。只因爲位置和工作人員,才給3-3.5星。整體非常失望。不會再住這裏,也不會推薦給別人。同一個停車場有春山套房。我相信萬豪在保持他們的財產清潔和最新方面做得更好。

I deleted my orginal review but it went something like this. I checked into a room that was basically being lived in. The night security took pictures and the girl at the front desk confirmed that it looked like someone lived in that room. The night guard had to find me a clean room. First he was going to give me a studio even though I’d booked a one bedroom. Then he found me a one bedroom.I spent the night with no keys, since he wasn’t allowed to make them, and no CC on file. Housekeeping was knocking on my door Friday morning …if the room was in fact clean why were they knocking? Rest of stay was good until checkout. Sophie, (at the front desk) had said something about being comped when I went to pick up my keys on Friday at the front desk…alright we’ll see…No one comped anything, come Saturday at checkout the front desk manager informed me that I wasn’t even supposed to be able to make a reservation at that time. Umm if the system let us in than how was that my fault? If my reservations were such a surprise to you, how come it was so hard to accommodate if there where 3 clean and empty rooms available according to the night security? Anyways no comp and Sophie said she’d call me and let me know. Two hours after check out where they finally put a card on file (at check-out) I had to call her. Finally someone from the hotel (the director of accommodations did reach out to me) and apologize and comp me. I really wasn’t looking to be comped as much as she did. Points would have worked too. But who wants to check into a dirty room, only to be given another just for housekeeping to show up the next day to clean a supposedly already clean room? And then be told they would comp something and have them not? And be told that well I wasn’t suppost to be there at all or able to make a reservation? Well tell the owners then, darn it you guys aren’t suppost to be here enjoying your vacation time. I am sorry for getting upset though. Working customer service is never easy and I have a lot of respect for what they do. I upped my stay to a three star due to the quick response from Ann (the director of accommodations)….and her willingness to make it right.

If my reservations were such a surprise to you, how come it was so hard to accommodate if there where 3 clean and empty rooms available according to the night security? Anyways no comp and Sophie said she’d call me and let me know. Two hours after check out where they finally put a card on file (at check-out) I had to call her. Finally someone from the hotel (the director of accommodations did reach out to me) and apologize and comp me. I really wasn’t looking to be comped as much as she did. Points would have worked too. But who wants to check into a dirty room, only to be given another just for housekeeping to show up the next day to clean a supposedly already clean room? And then be told they would comp something and have them not? And be told that well I wasn’t suppost to be there at all or able to make a reservation? Well tell the owners then, darn it you guys aren’t suppost to be here enjoying your vacation time. I am sorry for getting upset though. Working customer service is never easy and I have a lot of respect for what they do. I upped my stay to a three star due to the quick response from Ann (the director of accommodations)….and her willingness to make it right.

This hotel is in a great location and if you are staying a few nights it should be fine. There are some amazing front desk agents. However if you are staying long term it's a nightmare. I have been a Marriott Ambassador for 2 years which means I stay in a Marriott property about 8-9 months out of the year and spend 24k plus per year. I'm saying that to say I know the hotels and almost alway have given 5 stars. This hotel constantly over charged my credit card and blamed it on the system. My credit card was shut down twice because of multi holds for thousands. I was there 5 weeks and the last week they overcharged me right at $500. They refused to make it right even when their agents stated it was a mistake. The agents wanted to but the manager decided money over honesty. We had four of us that all had horrible experiences! We all end up calling Marriott due to the over charging. They managed to fix the last night as the front desk agent agreed it was incorrect but stated the past charges will have to be reimbursed which they laster refused to do. This is the first time leaving a bad review with any hotel but I am amazed at the horrible treatment this management has. They need to learn from the Towneplace in Harvey LA. Marriott should be embarrassed for this hotel to carry the Marriott name. It's a total liability to the brand. Do better Marriott.

我在大使館套房住了30多年,並目睹了這個曾經受人尊敬的品牌的緩慢而穩步下降。希爾頓允許他們的房產以這種方式下降是不正常的,但埃斯特羅的ES當然符合該法案。首先,工作人員專業且樂於助人。這裏沒問題。大樓外觀看起來很棒,前台區域很新,乾淨,熱情。一旦離開前台區域,物業就會快速下山。包括酒吧、餐廳和公共區域的內部區域至少有20年沒有翻新。其中包括塑料花,1990年代中期的綠色裝飾,磨損了我們的椅子和桌子,瓷磚地板,有污漬和磨損的地毯。酒吧面積很小,很陳舊,但每晚的歡樂時光是值得尊敬的。房間....hmmm.....地毯有點新,但房間的其餘部分是舊的和過時的。客廳傢俱老舊,破舊,1沙發1椅子1桌子....就這樣。衛生間的夾具很陳舊,淋浴還有1995年的希爾頓浴簾。牀至少10-12歲。我的牀在裏面睡着了,睡得很艱難。沒有家政服務!!如果你想換新的毛巾,洗髮水等,你可以到前台自己去拿!!很明顯,業主只是享受$進來,但沒有投資翻新的意圖。我們在一週中支付了$300/night。我知道這是佛羅里達州西南部的旺季,但充其量是159美元-$179/night的房產。只因爲位置和工作人員,才給3-3.5星。整體非常失望。不會再住這裏,也不會推薦給別人。同一個停車場有春山套房。我相信萬豪在保持他們的財產清潔和最新方面做得更好。
