Me cobraron adicional por el desayuno, al llegar al hotel me dicen que no está incluido en la tarifa y que debo pagar nuevamente si quiero acceder al servicio, pese a mostrar que en la reserva incluye el desayuno no lo incluyeron

Quarto que nos hospedou ao chegarmos, não tinha água quente no banheiro, chuveiro quebrado no teto, e porta na abria total, tinha que entrar de lado (quarto 211). Fomos na recepção e eles trocaram para um quarto em melhores condições. De resto, tudo ok. Ponto positivo: do lado da estação, fácil locomoção. Ponto negativo: barulho:

No pude realizar el check in incluso habiendo pagado ya que no encontré el estacionamiento del hotel y la zona es de riesgo como para dejar el auto en otro lugar e ir caminando hacia la recepción

Fue una mala experiencia en el check in , me mandaron a hacer la fila pese a que había otro funcionario sin pasajeros. Luego me cobraron un cargo extra por ser de *******…el personal debe ser nuevo no responden adecuadamente las consultas por el whatsaap del hotel.

El area tiene indigentes cerca durmiendo en las calles y se percibe inseguridad. En la mañana se escucha a las personas vendiendo empanadas. El hotel en sí es bueno y la atención es buena, pague un late check out y mi tarjeta de acceso estuvo desabilitada antes de la hora acordada.

Generally good. Excellent location next to subway and to my principle bus depot (Alameda). Quite a few food snack bars along with free breakfast. Room was comfy although I sometimes had to use the extra blanket when it got a little chilly at night, but I like chilly weather. Television worked but was confusing to use, although I seldom needed the television. The shower was harder than most to adjust due to having huge nozzle fixed above the ceiling. Trying to adjust the shower temperature could be tricky as it took a while for the water to warm up and some if could splash on the floor when was trying to adjust its temperature from the outside. But once it was warm, it was a fine shower. Staff were helpful and provided me with a desktop and mouse in the lobby which was excellent.
