The room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. There was visible filth all over the floor. After walking around the room our feet were covered in dirt. There weren’t any common amenities such as an ice machine or even an elevator. The staff was super nice and accommodating but that didn’t make up for the gross conditions.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and every time it gets better and better and better!! From the front desk to the waterview I was thrilled. If you ever come to Philadelphia make sure to stop at the waterfront by the airport near essington PA. You will without a doubt falling in Love! PRINCE and all the other front desk clergy were so kind and assisted in anything I needed. I shall return ☺️.

We were sort of dreading staying here after reading some reviews. Yes it is a bit run down but renovation’s were taking place. Despite appearances our room was clean. Staff were both welcoming and attentive. The surroundings are lovely right beside the water with benches & great views. Bearing in mind the price, I think this accommodation was not too bad at all.

Nice size room. Microwave and refrigerator. Nice size bathroom. Excellent view of waterfront and inbounding airplanes. Bed was kind of uncomfortable but still not bad for the cost. Only real downside was parking. Giant empty stone lot that is roped off out fron of property but parking lot is behind that. Overall definitely worth it

The property is located near the Philadelphia sports complex and the Commodore Barry bridge providing easy access to South Jersey without the traffic problems of the other area bridges. The property is currently being renovated making it more attractive for future stays.

Room had a really bad **** smell, linen was clean, staff was nice, property has a lot of potential but it clearly is a work in progress. No noise experienced during stay. Besides the bad smoking smell, it was ok for 1night.

First, we did not know where to check in until we realize that it was a small office on the side. the property front was not facing a normal way, which I found a little odd. Once we got into our room, at first glance it was neat, with clean floors, bed, refrigerator and bathroom. The smell was a little muggy. However the AC/HEAT was FULL of dust that we did not use it at all. This room/hotel needs a lot of TLC. Our front door had a big gap at the bottom and on the side of the door. It didn't look like it was closing properly and hence the air was flowing in. I felt like anyone could have picked through the door. The TV looked like it was about to fall off the wall. Our first microwave was moldy and not working. Thankfully the manager was kind enough to provide us with a fresh-out box microwave. The bathroom door did not close and it was cracked/falling apart. The walls seemed dirty/stained. Especially in the common areas such as door closing, light switch etc. There was a hole in the wall. The window to the view of the water was dirty. Our first night, at 5:30 am in the morning my family and I woke up to a couple arguing outside the room which led to the man assaulting the woman. Cops came. But because of the echo and the doors not closing properly, you could hear EVERYTHING. The staff were very friendly and had great hospitality. It wasn't the worst place I've been to but the place needs some upper fixer for sure.

No ice machine. Told to go next door to the Holiday Inn. No elevator. Lugged 50 lb suitcase up and down the steps. Paint peeling from wall in the shower. Ironong board cover so burnt up and full of burn holes. Unusable.
