Malheureusement, j'avais une réservation que j'avais faite il y a plusieurs mois, lorsque je suis arrivé à l'endroit où se trouve l'hôtel, la réceptionniste m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à mon nom, sachant que mon voyage prenait six heures pour arriver, sachant que j'ai appelé il y a deux jours pour le confirmer, et c'était fait, mais quand je suis arrivé, le choc a été que je n'ai trouvé personne de responsable pour faire une pause et ensuite trouver des personnes non professionnelles devant vous

Malheureusement, j'avais une réservation que j'avais faite il y a plusieurs mois, et quand l'heure de la réservation est arrivée, je suis allé à l'hôtel, et le choc a été que ma réservation n'existait pas. J'ai fait un voyage de plus de six heures pour atteindre l'endroit , et même le réceptionniste ne m'a donné aucune explication ni excuse pour ce qui s'est passé. C'est vraiment très honteux. J'ai également appelé le responsable, et il m'a dit qu'il résoudrait le problème et m'appellerait à ce moment-là, mais il n'a pas appelé J'ai attendu là-bas et ils ne m'ont rien fait, et j'ai changer finalement l'hotel Hôtel zéro, je ne le recommanderai à personne

Redelijk en goedkoop hotel. Taxi centrum voor een euro. Ontbijt net als in de rest van Marokko...erg zoet. Goede kamers maar niet overal goed internet. Bezorging van restaurant Platium op de kamer. Erg makkelijk. Strand op loop afstand. Centrum 20 minuten lopen

No hot water in the shower. Brought a friend back with me in the evening and was told to kick them out in the middle of the night because they didn’t have a passport with them. I had however booked for two people to stay and was never told that would be necessary when I first got my room keys at the front desk.

Our stay wasn’t pleasant. The hotel has seen it’s best days. Some serious investment/refurbishment is needed. We changed rooms various times but eventually left after one night because the mildew was everywhere and strong. The location is pretty good if you are keen to experience the beach. But yes, cannot recommend staying there.

Hello When I booked my reservation rooms , I drive to essaouira city from Marrakech with confrontation # i have my family with me we are 6 people's, we arrived at the hotel around 830PM, i walk to reception to give the agency my booking # i find hotel is full and my rooms not available, I pay $175 for 2 room only for one night ,No one's can helping me or explain to me whats going on. I call ******* customer service, i am really appreciated them for helping me get my money back right away and letft the place , please dont book with that hotel is very bad and no customer service. Room was nice and the location was okay. However the staff seemed annoyed by us and not approachable.

The receptionist there played with me for a month to transfer my money back. I wrote emails, sent comments, and I called, but always got no answers. I have all the screenshots that your receptionist was playing with me, so please transfer my money. You have no right to keep me waiting a month.

Booking not honoured by hotel. Arrived at 11pm to be told no rooms were free despite confirmed booking on *******. Rude and aggressive staff. Felt unsafe and left quickly to avoid violence. Avoid this place.
