This property is HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! The property is in terrible conditions, the rooms smell, there is only one elevator and it is the size of a tiny closet! The rooms are dingy and the drain in our shower was so slow! The water would fill up in the shower within 5 minutes and the Manager is so rude! He screamed at me over the phone because I was wanting to get refunded after the property was so horrible that we couldn’t stay for all the time we booked! AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE. Such a horrible experience

The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. There was snacks offered in the room, which I thought was very nice as well. There was a pretty good size breakfast. Overall a great stay

Checked in @ 4 for my 4pm deluxe room and was given key. When I got to room the door was open and there was a maintenance guy in there working. I was told that it would be 20 mins so went to lobby and she said the same thing. It was 40 mins and the guy was still there when I went back up. He said if your lights turn off in 5 mins just let me know. We are having issues. If you’re having issues and room is not ready, don’t not let people book it. We lost and hour of our stay due to no fault of our own, but still paid full price. Not great customer service. If room is delayed or. It ready and you charge me you should prorate a refund. You

First night in a room with adjoining doors Room next door guest checked in at midnight and woke me and were noisy coming in-out I was eventually moved to another room at 1:30 am and it was much better and quieter and smelled better

best room i have stayed at that met all qualifications as a hotel should highly recommend and will be back

The Comfort Inn is conveniently located right off the freeway. We were greeted in the lobby by the staff right when we walked in about 11:30 PM. The check in was very smooth. I went to use the gym at 6:00 AM and it was locked despite the posted sign with hours beginning at 6:00 AM. When I went to inquire at the front desk I was told it opens at 7:00AM. The gentleman opened it for me which was very kind. Inside is a cable weight machine, 1 bike (didn’t try it), 1 elliptical ( didn’t work), 1 treadmill and a little floor space for about 2 people to do yoga. There is a bathroom, towels and water machine. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle to fill from home! I looked at the breakfast buffet and just grabbed an apple. It was organized and clean and looked somewhere between a simple continental breakfast and a larger buffet. It looked decent and you could make it work. It’s an older hotel, but the room, bathroom, sheets and towels were all nice and clean. They even have a couple water bottles and free snacks in the room which was a nice touch. The pool was not heated yet and the hot tub on the smaller side might seat 6-8 people. Looked like a good amount of free parking with lots of fast food restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance across the street. I felt like it was appropriately priced and not a fancy hotel but not a cheap motel either. I would return again.

Horrible experience. This place looked more of a motel with poor conditions. Shower was broken and wasn't working well so my husband, daughter and I couldn't even shower. Shower head was leaking and shower would only turn on to either super hot water or super cold water, so either we would burn of freeze our skins. The floors looked dirty and the bed sheets didn't let us sleep since we kept scratching ( likely dirty). Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

The best comp. breakfast I’ve had in 15 years. Sarah ran that perfectly. Complementary snacks in the room. Fridge had a separate freezer, microwave, curtains almost completely blocked the sun. Pool was not heated and the hot tub was only set to 104.

I loved all the good food and everything around that was easy to get to and the staff was so nice! Would definitely stay at this location again for a quick trip. The fire alarm did go off at one point but there wasn't a fore so that was good but all in all a good affordable place to stay for a quick trip.

Parking was a little tight and the bathroom a little small otherwise it was clean, nice employees, convenient to the freeway.
