Very uncourtious when it came to booking they moved my reservation without my consent

Expectations of marriot, not delivered. Yes, nice views as on Lake Erie. 70% of staff friendly. Food highly over rated and excessively over priced!! Room- uncomfortable beds, no microwave (needed for strict food requirements/allergy and celiac), worst refrigerator ever seen. On positive note- accepts dogs. Ours only barked when kids on upper room jumping and screaming and or running in the halways to the pool by our room- which was our entire stay. When checking out-they emailed our bill - correct name-wrong street-city-state associated with my name?!?

Very disappointed with an issue with nats flying around the room. Very annoying and should not been seen in any hotel let alone one of this hype and price. I was offered a free breakfast and then a minimal discount on the room rate. Token efforts I thought with no sincere apologies.

Amazing property right on the waterfront. Everything was accessible in the building. Front desk staff was so friendly. She asked if we were celebrating a special occasion on arrival. It was our 50th anniversary road trip. She gave us a $25 gift card for our dinner that night. The Shoreline Grill didn’t disappoint. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved the view of the lake from the patio cafe and the hotel itself. The Bistro was not up to standard. We had lunch and breakfast there. My crab/shrimp salad was average and so was his hamburger; however, the strawberry shortcake with ice cream was great. The bathroom was clean with plenty of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a tiny tube of body lotion with most of it used up. Our view from the room was not of the lake but a huge tent. The only chair in the room, beside the roller desk chair was uncomfortable requiring two pillows to sit upright. The desk agents were great. In summary, I would stay there again, but I would eat elsewhere. We have had great meals in Erie, but don’t expect one at that location.

Cleanliness of bathroom and windows. Wndows - because I paid extra to have a Bay view of Lake Erie and the windows were so dirty you could barely see out. Bathroom- because there was mold, a spider, peeling dry wall, and most of all a new type shower where the water all drained to a drain the width of the shower, however it backed up and previous guests' hair and dirt flushed back up. I voiced my concerns and the only response I got was "I'm sorry". Not enough for what I paid.

This is a wonderful hotel! Best I have stayed at in a while. The room was large and the view over Lake Erie was amazing. We were there for a conference at the Bayfront Conference Center. Couldn't be more convenient. There is not a lot of places to walk to from the Hotel but we didn't need to go anywhere so that was fine with us. The walk around the bay front was very nice thought. If needed, downtown Erie is just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The only thing negative was due to other events in the area on our 2nd night, there was nowhere to park! It was very frustrating. We did get our parking fee refunded for the night, but still very inconvenient and changed our plans for the evening as we were afraid to leave the property and lose the spot we got along the street!
