伊利假日飯店(Holiday Inn Erie)

OMG! This place must be brand new! It’s beautiful inside and the staff is welcoming and gracious. This place is SO QUIET. We spent the last two nights in N WI at a Comfort Inn and the place was incredibly noisy and had paper thin ceilings… horrible. So when we got here (Erie PA, I-90), I felt like I was in Heaven. A bonus is breakfast and small casual dinners are available. 5 Stars for sure. 👏👏👏

The hotel seems new and is very clean. The bathroom was amazing and the beds were so comfortable we slept great after a long drive. Being able to order food late was great, and breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. But it was the people that really made it. Morgan was fantastic and we hope to see her and the others again in future travels.

I had a fantastic stay at this pet-friendly hotel! The proximity to the highway made it incredibly convenient for my journey, and the nearby refueling stations were a bonus. The staff was welcoming, and the room was not only comfortable but also well-maintained. Being able to travel with my furry friend made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a pet-friendly option with easy access to the highway and essential amenities.

When we pulled back the covers of our bed, we found used, dirty tissues on top of the fitted sheet. It was obvious that the housekeeper had just remade the bed from the previous occupant. We called the front desk and the clerk promptly brought clean linen. However, we had to remake the bed ourselves. We brought this up to the clerk again on checkout, but they said there was nothing they could do since we booked the room through your app. This is major breakdown on both parties. How easy to point the finger at each other?

This was a wonderful overnight spot on our cross country move with two cats. Pet friendly (platform bed meant the cats couldn’t get underneath, which was a plus!), clean, well maintained, updated bathroom, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Would absolutely stay again!

The front panel of the sink in our room's bathroom was not screwed in properly. The entire wooden board DROPPED OUT and fell on my foot causing painful injury & bruising. It was missing 3 out of 4 screws and the remaining screw wasn't even all the way in. I took pictures and showed front desk, filled out an injury report and was told my 1 night stay would be refunded and I would be contacted in 24 hours. Neither has happened in the two weeks since my stay, despite me even contacting the hotel again. The hotel is clean and staff friendly, however this poor response to a guest's injury due to negligence and lack of maintenance is unacceptable.

Location is perfect -- near shopping and restaurants. Service was great. We were greeted with hot chocolate and lots of additions as we arrived. Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool. Everything we wanted for a weekend getaway.

We stayed over to attend some work functions and to have a quiet hotel away from the larger group. The hotel was so nice, and the people working were professional and helpful. The lady at the bar was super nice, the breakfast staff and food were wonderful, and the room was cozy and spacious.
