埃爾福特的熱門4星級飯店

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden und auch das Parken am Hotel war möglich, auch wenn wir dabei Glück hatten, den viele Parkplätze gibt es am Hotel nicht. Ich denke jedoch, in der näheren Umgebung wäre das Parken möglich. Im Hotel selbst wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Lobby wirkt, meiner Meinung nach, recht altbacken, so wie das gesamte Hotel ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind klein und auch in die Jahre gekommen, aber unser Zimmer war sauber. Leider befindet sich genau gegenüber des Hotels im Moment eine Großbaustelle, die für uns, als Langschläfer sehr lästig war; am Wochenende jedoch kein Problem. Des Weiteren war das Lüften in unserem Zimmer kaum möglich, da sich unser Fenster über dem Außensitz-Bereich befand, wo geraucht wurde. Für uns als Nichtraucher war das mehr als unangenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, für uns aber vollkommen ausreichend. Ich hatte durch das kleine Buffet den Eindruck, dass nicht so viel weggeworfen wird, weil immer nur kleinere Portionen nachgelegt worden sind, das finde ich gut. Ich vermute, dass im Hotel Personalmangel herrscht, den mit dem Abräumen der Tische und dem Nachlegen am Buffet kam das Personal kaum hinterher. Da wir nicht in das Hotel gekommen sind, um dort viel Zeit zu verbringen, sondern nur dort zu Schlafen, war es insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter möchte ich abschließend nochmals sehr hervorheben!

位置優越,步行2分鐘即可到達埃爾富特大教堂。早餐很棒,品種多,氛圍舒適,工作人員友好。 房間本身不是一個人從4-stars-hotel期望的。絕對不舒服,冷,不適合這樣的酒店的老傢俱。吵得要命,基本上可以聽到鄰居的聲音,可怕!更別說老吵的a/c了!房間裏沒有咖啡機,或者至少沒有水壺!相反,你被要求去接待處,從自動售貨機購買咖啡或任何飲料。請,人們,檢查紙巾包裝!如果只剩下幾個紙巾,那你最好換個整包,不要等到空了...還是我錯了?! 在我下次去埃爾富特的旅行中,我一定會嘗試另一家酒店來比較,這一家從我那裏得到最低的分數!

Staff were very pleasant but there was very little English spoken. As in many hotels we stayed in Germany, there was only one black tea bag in a double room meant for two people! Very strange. One thing to note for all guests is regards to the safe. I could not work out how to key-in my own personal code number to lock/unlock the safe, so I went to reception and they gave me a slip of paper with a four digit code on it. I said that I wanted to enter my own (secret) number and was told that this could not be done! I argued that it should be possible to key in my own code but they said that I could not. I was not happy but had to accept it. Later I remembered a safe in another hotel where you could change the code by pressing a reset button on the inside edge of the door toward the hinge. I tried this and it worked. When I Checked out I left them with a written instruction in German (using an online translator) on how to change the code.

Extremely comfortable and not noisy, despite being in the rail station square. Clean and well maintained. Room price gives free travel within Erfurt (bus, tram, both very close). Extremely good breakfast (cereals, breads, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, bacon sausage and scrambled eggs, croissants, cake, cold meats, cheese). Tip: the Senior Citizen rate includes breakfast, also for a younger partner.

Wir waren am 13.10.23 im Hotel für zwei Nächte. Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, weil die Erfahrungen in Tuttlingen in der selben Hotelkette sehr positiv waren. Leider kann ich das von Erfurt nicht behaupten. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig mit Straßenbahnanbindung circa 4 km außerhalb des Zentrums. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und es gibt kein getrenntes Bad und Toilette. Für zwei Tage ist die Zimmergröße gerade ausreichend, jedoch gibt es keinen Schrank. Der Service ist sehr unmotiviert. Das merkt man schon beim Check in. Im Restaurant muss man mit sehr langen Wartezeiten rechnen und auch an der Bar geht es nur sehr schleppend voran. Wir wollten abends einfach ein Bier trinken und haben über 45 Minuten auf unser Getränk gewartet. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel unzumutbar. Obwohl die Zimmer am Wochenende nicht gereinigt werden, wie uns gleich mitgeteilt wurde ,ist die Sauna von 10:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr ebenfalls nicht benutzbar, weil das Personal für die Zimmerreinigung benötigt wird. Alles in allem ist das Hotel mit dem Übernachtungspreis sehr überteuert, zumal der Service unglaublich eingeschränkt ist. Wir werden uns nicht noch einmal für dieses Hotel in Erfurt entscheiden.

很難評價這家酒店...太多了，我的意思是太多人在前台；員工很友好但看起來不堪重負。酒店非常老舊（可以追溯到德意志民主共和國時期），這是顯而易見的。我們訂了套房，有一個非常好的新建的浴室，但是床太軟了，而且我們無法獲得更舒適的枕頭（至少硬一點）。早餐還可以，但是你會有一種置身在一個地鐵站的感覺，因為實在太多人了。有停車場，但你不得不付費，而且真的太貴了（每晚18歐元）。很加分的一點是靠近市中心，你可以把車留在酒店去探索城市。

We stayed in this hotel on two separate nights bookending a trip to Frankfurt. This hotel is not - in our experience - typical of the Mercure brand. Far too often Mercure's are in good locations but somewhat rundown, tired and in need of attention. This is quite the opposite. It appears to have been wholly refurbished in the last five years, it is looked after. The hotel is conveniently situated near to both the old town and the main, new shopping area, both being no more than five minutes walk away. It is a ten to fifteen minute walk from the railway station or (for us) a €10 taxi ride. There is paid for car parking if required. This is a deceptively large hotel, the short frontage belies the fact that it has 141 rooms. The hotel stretches back from its frontage - we felt it was long and not very wide. It is spread over four floors and possibly an attic. We were on the fourth floor for our first visit and on the first floor for the second. Entry into the hotel from the street leads to a small reception area with ottoman seating. Screened from reception is a small bar and another soft seating area. The bar had elusive opening times - but seemed not to operate before 18:00 hours. Service was good. There is a restaurant that is not the breakfast room but that was not open during our stay with no sign of opening on the horizon. All public areas were clean, tidy and well maintained, albeit with a Alpine overtone! Access to the upper floors is via dedicated lifts or stairs depending upon the location of the room, with some rooms there is quite a walk to the lift. There is a small garden and paved area with seating. We saw no specific provision for disabled access but believe that the hotel is easy enough to negotiate. There is a separate breakfast room which works very well albeit it is not large. It is at the furthest end of the hotel from reception and bypasses some of the meeting rooms. Whilst these rooms were used during our stays we experienced no difficulties. We took breakfast early and the restaurant was never full or cramped. Breakfast is generous but prettty standard continental fare. Our first room (413) was a standard room and disappointing although it was clean and well cared for. Our second room however (136) was an upgrade and provided exceptional space and comfort for a reasonable price. Had we been able to satisfactorily understand the room descriptions and attributes on the website a room such as 136 would have been our preference. It had a large and comfortable double bed, a small seating area with table, a separate desk along with the usual accessories of a safe, TV, wifi etc. We didn't try the TV but everything else worked. There is no aircon but there is very effective radiator heating. We can imagine that opening the windows for some rooms would produce a great deal of street noise, but both our rooms were towards the rear of the hotel and quiet.
