Always a great place to stay. Spacious units handy to most routes north, south and west. Make sure you are in the right carpark number, as the residents aren't friendly and will damage your vehicle if you use their carpark.

Great place to stay in central area of town, amazingly quiet. Doors need a drop of oil, they are the noisiest feature of all. Maybe some sheers to prevent people from looking into the basement units! Great to have free parking onsite.

Great location & quiet, we weren't disturbed by other guests or noise from outside. The room wasnt clean, dish cloth & dishwasher stunk, bench & dishes dirty. Holes in sheets, rock hard beds & only big hard pillows meant none of our party of 4 slept well.

Handy location only bonus. Beds and pillows hard as rocks! Light shone through blinds into bedroom. Friends car got broken into in underground secure carpark. Would not recommend

This was our 2nd time here awesome place to stay. Great amenities and location was perfect. Now with parking we could only secure 1 spot in the garage, so my father inlaw had to park on the street. Note to anyone who has visitors or more than one vehicle, if you cannot secure a 2nd parking you have to park on the street. We parked on the grass verge 2 metres past the hotel. There was no warning sign not to park there no gate, this is a towing area. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, first night sweet but 2nd night we headed off to Eden Park to watch ABS came back and father in-laws car gone. No sign of it. Had to file the car being stolen to find out where it was. So be very careful not to park pass the Hotel.
