We paid a full 9 days stay, not once did we get a cleaning, I had to constantly call for clean towels. On 2 occasions i spoke to a manager and she promised a cleaning ever 3 days never happened. Waisted 45 dollars on washer and dryers were not working . Very frustrating as i had to leave to look for dryers at 9pm. Trashes were full around the clock outside the buildings. Payed an additional 160$ for parking that i never was informed about! Horribly services representative in front desk. Horrible experience we wont be back!

Terrible experience, unable to accommodate us for our 3pm. No communication and bad attitude from staff at front desk. People in the lobby everywhere due to ni rooms ready for check-in.

I really wanted to like this place because of how spacious the rooms are, the free breakfast and parking, and the accessibility of the location. The property is slightly outdated, and the breakfast was just ok, but that isn’t what ruined the experience for us. What made it disappointing was (1) finding hairs in the bathroom and on one of the beds, (2) the paper thin walls and ceilings - I’m not a super light sleeper but I woke up at 3am to someone on the other side of the wall with a bad cough that lasted a while and at 5:30am to whatever animals or kids were jumping/running around above us for the rest of the morning - and constant traffic and airplane noise, and (3) the outside door says the building is locked for guest safety, but it was unlocked every time I came through, and whenever we came back there were multiple flyers for restaurants slipped under the doorway to our room so clearly anyone could get into the hotel hallways, which was a little unnerving having young kids with me.

We booked a 2-room suite for 2 nights. Upon check in, we quickly noticed one of the toilets was clogged and would not flush, and there’s leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest. When we asked the front desk lady for help, she immediately said “we cannot compensate you!” with a very unfriendly attitude. We were not asking for compensation, we never even implied that, we simply wanted the toilet to be fixed. She said there’s no maintenance crew at night and the plungers are locked up at night. We didn’t get any help until the next morning, and they just dropped off a plunger. The room was very badly maintained. Carpet was ripped, window screen was ripped, the mattress on the futon was extremely filthy, the bed frame would tilt 45 degree when you sit on the side, the shower wall was cracked, lamp shades and phones were covered with dust. Overall, this is a motel 6 or worse experience. Very disappointed at the facility and the service. Definitely not worth the price.
