We booked a 2-room suite for 2 nights. Upon check in, we quickly noticed one of the toilets was clogged and would not flush, and there’s leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest.
When we asked the front desk lady for help, she immediately said “we cannot compensate you!” with a very unfriendly attitude. We were not asking for compensation, we never even implied that, we simply wanted the toilet to be fixed. She said there’s no maintenance crew at night and the plungers are locked up at night. We didn’t get any help until the next morning, and they just dropped off a plunger.
The room was very badly maintained. Carpet was ripped, window screen was ripped, the mattress on the futon was extremely filthy, the bed frame would tilt 45 degree when you sit on the side, the shower wall was cracked, lamp shades and phones were covered with dust.
Overall, this is a motel 6 or worse experience. Very disappointed at the facility and the service. Definitely not worth the price.
