This was the grossest and most odd hotel stay I've ever had. Upon entering my room I found dried blood on my pillow case. That means one of two things: they didn't change the pillow case or they did and ignored the blood. The entire hallway and room smelled like sewage every time the AC turned on. Was walking around the room without socks on, went to get in the shower and black stuff was coming off of my feet with the water. Carpet was that filthy. Staff did some of the craziest things I've ever seen. Parking at this hotel is extremely limited and costs $14 a day. First day I was there a member of the staff had their car parked in one of the limited spots straight up washing their car in the middle of the day. I've never in my life have seen that. 2nd night I was there saw two staff members park their private car in one of the limited spots and walk straight into an employee entrance. This is not a 3 star property and I'm shocked it's a Hilton. Stayed in Motel 6's that were more put together. This place was filthy.

Fint hotel. Vi bestille rengøring, det fik vi dog ikke (ophold på 3 overnatning). Lidt forvirring om regningen da vi chekkede ud. Parkeringskælderen er fin men lidt lille.

The two queen bed room was super small and smelled. I booked a room with a mountain view but ended up not getting it. there was hair and a brown smudge on one of the “clean” folded hand towels.

We found some blood on one of our comforters.

Staff was very accommodating

Room wasn’t ready around 1 which was fine. They said they would rush it and text me. I never got a text and when I got there a 5:30 the room was still not ready so I got a different suite. The room we got was next to a very loud family that had crying kids late into the night and they spent the whole morning yelling at them.
