代頓機場歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Dayton-Airport)

Not much to do around the hotel but the rooms are clean and staff was nice

We always stay here when visiting family in this area. I was a little shocked at the condition of the room. Cloth chair by the tv had stains all over it. It made you feel like everything was dirty. Service was good but for the price of the stay, I was disappointed in the room.

When we checked in, we were informed that the pool in the fitness center were unavailable had I known that I would’ve booked elsewhere! In addition, the rear exit door of the hotel, says you have to use your key card to get in for our safety. I never had to use my key card no matter what time of day or night it was.

My room was not clean at all. There were handprints and smudges all over the window. The base of the tub was filthy with dirt and hair and the sofa had a huge rip in one of the cushions with stuffing coming out. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and for $200 I really expect more. I will never stay at this location again and will have to think about ever booking with a Hampton Inn again.

There are very good things going for this Hampton Inn. The staff was quite nice but the facility is in poor shape. The noise from the highway nearby made you feel you were sleeping in a ditch right next to the freeway. Further there was construction next door past the 7PM we were told that they would stop. May be this hotel should invest in better windows. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a gym and when I got there it was closed along with the pool. May be put that in the description because I needed the gym to help me deal with a very stressful family issue. All around I am very disappointed with this Hampton Inn and I will spend the extra few dollars to stay at a Marriott.

Old and tired looking hotel. Needs updating. Disappointing after a long travel day. I would not recommend it. I chose it because of the airport shuttle, and that was the best part of our stay.

Note was dirty and needs updated. Got into room and lights in bathroom were burnt out. Called front desk and was told they had no spare, no other rooms, and we would just have to deal with not having any lights in our bathroom. Spoke with manager next day who didn’t seem to care at all or do anything to try and make the situation right. Do not recommend this hotel and will not stay at Hampton Inns in the figures.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Had to wait 10 minutes to check in due to some kind of complication with one person’s reservation. Then the receptionist was as cold and impersonal as possible. No apology for wait, no affect, no eye contact. In room coffee was impossible due to lack of coffee tray.

It says online your pet friendly, made a reservation, told to call the property ahead of check in to get a digital code. I call, nope no code needed, oh and there is a $75 non refundable pet fee...wow if i would have known that i would have never booked the room.
