克林頓旅館飯店(Clinton Inn Hotel Tenafly)

Tenafly is a nice place & the Clinton Inn has very spacious rooms. If you want to escape the hustle & bustle of NY but not be too far from getting back in, this is a great hotel! It isn’t the most modern nor cutting edge but as a place to sleep with full AC & cable, I was very happy with my stay.

Did not even stay at the hotel and they will not refund the money! Avoid this hotel and Trip.com! They will rip you off and do not care about your situation or trying to help. I want a refund not trip coins that will never be used!!

The service staff is wonderful—friendly and helpful. But the condition of the hotel is getting worse and worse (cabinets that don’t close, blue duct tape holding together wallpaper in the bathrooms. Also, there is no ability to change temperature and rooms are always too hot.

Weekend stay for THS reunion was a total DISASTER. Hotel lost my fully paid reservation & was told they were sold out, given a room which they kicked me out of the next day, had to remove all clothing & personal items, eventually given another room that had only cold showers. Hotel heating system broke on Saturday and was only fixed on Monday morning. The Banquet room was probably 68 degrees. No restaurants or bar, no maid service to make the beds or empty garbage cans or replenish coffee, no coffee in the lobby due to no water. Rooms, furniture and carpeting all need to be refurbished. Will never stay there again even though the location is good for events in Tenafly.

I love the building we’ll take care. The only problem the room was to warm, not able to switch heat to AC.. those windows you can’t open them.. the small fridge make too much noice.
