We had to check-in late but I called ahead to inform them. When we got there, they were rude and told me a different room number than what he wrote and the key wouldn’t work to the room either so he had to open it. The room was clean but hadn’t been updated since 1965 and smelled like bug spray. Instead running the wiring for the lights properly the used extension cords and duct tape. The deadbolt didn’t work on the door either. I didn’t feel safe. I won’t be staying there ever again.

You get what you pay for. Rooms outdated and beds uncomfortable. Stayed 13 days went and got a bed topper. However customer service was the best and they cleaned the room everyday.

Although the room itself appeared to be clean it looked like nothing had been updated since the 1970's.
The toilet was cracked and the finish was worn off the seat. The towels were grey and thread bare. The furniture was past even being donated.
We travel all the time and i rarely give bad reviews but this was a really bad and only worth about half the price we we paid.

Driveways not cleaned of snow and icy conditions. The tub had dried skin on the bottom. The taps had to use two hands to turn on or off. The room was cold and couldn’t turn it high enough. Woke up freezing in the middle of the night and had to put more clothes on. The internet was terrible. Was given the code but after numerous attempts had to go to office for her to do. After that it kept cutting . Terrible
