The Hotel was beautiful, great location and the staff were wonderful! Very friendly, accommodating and we will definitely be returning for future stays ..they are working on the pool ,painting and resurfacing it and making it indoor ..will be amazing when finished .The restaurant down stairs was amazing!

The stay was great. They were still remodeling but very great olace to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

Great views and decent rooms, but... while I understand during the winter months there is an interruption in services, but to charge a "resort fee" when no services except the outdoor hot tub are open seems like a money grab. No where did the ******* listing mention either the resort fee or the fact that the restaurant and bar were closed for the season.

I have mixed reviews on the staff. The young girl at the front desk was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay an extra day. However, the cleaning crew played VERY loud music as they cleaned the rooms near ours. We’d had a very long drive the day before, and were not happy with the loud music and loud talk. Very inconsiderate.

absolutely love this place! it was my fifth stay at this hotel. Spectacular view, service. I love having option of pool and hot tub even in the winter.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. After hours of driving we finally get in and it was late. Wanted a hot shower to relax and then climb in bed. After 10 minutes of the water running it’s was still cold. I called the front desk and they said you have to turn the hot water on in the sink and the shower for about 15-20 minutes. It was ridiculous and it never got hot. Then we wake up to barking loud dogs on the 7th floor. Could not get them to be quiet. We took a a trip away from home for peace and quiet and relaxation and that didn’t happen. The rooms and the hallways were freezing. Ugh so disappointed.

This trip was wonderful! We went for our 35th anniversary and took our adult children with us! We love this hotel because of the rooms all being ocean front rooms! Love this place!

I always travel to this hotel during the holidays. While the restaurant was closed (make sure you call ahead to see if it will be open during your stay) and the friendly beach cats were nowhere to be found, I loved my ocean front room with the balcony. The weather was cold which I love at the beach. Atlantic Beach is within driving distance, so seafood was available. Most importantly, I loved the Chris**as lights outside. Trista, the front desk clerk, listened patiently to me complain that they hadn't turned the lights on after Chris**as, so she went outside and made it happen. It's so nice to sit out on the balcony with a cool breeze looking at those wonderful lights. This hotel is just wonderful. It's peaceful and very relaxing, especially during the offseason. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. I cannot wait to come back.

Rooms were attractive, with balcony and view of ocean. Linens were good. Shower and toilet were jammed together tight. I never got any hot or warm water from the shower and gave up.
