品質飯店(Quality Inn)

Stay was fine overall. Room was clean enough and I wasn't expecting too much beyond that at this price point. Issue I had, however, was hotel was supposed to be non-smoking yet the lobby smelled like there had been a smoker's convention. My room only had a faint scent, so I was able to tolerate it but was dismayed when I found the exercise room had concentrated the scent to the point where I gagged when I walked into the room. I was unable to utilize the excercise room.

The property was pleasant, basic but comfortable and safe, parking was easy and staff nice. I downgraded my scores as staff was not wearing a mask. During a pandemic which has claimed thousands of lives I find this unprofessional in a place of business. Although the sign said masks required no one was wearing one

Upon pulling into the parking lot we immediately started searching for another hotel. Saw horses and stacked drywall under the portico entrance with smoking employees. Unable to find anything available due to no help and We assume Trump Rally we were forced to stay. Hotel itself dingy and dark. Room however was clean. We could not obtain more than two towels. Had to relinquish the ones we had to get new ones. We were told upon check in that breakfast was offered. As said the outside sign. Two mornings and we never saw it. We also never saw anyone working with the dry wall outside. We were there for a wedding and have family in the area. In the future I will spend even double to stay somewhere else.

Lady at front desk was amazing, very nice & helpful (wish I knew her name). This hotel is definitely dated, a bit overpriced (as are most hotels in this area). The worst part was the smell entering the room, was like a hospital or nursing home smell. The shower was ok, not great. Had a couple cleanliness issues that were quickly taken care of by the staff. All in all, would stay again IF I absolutely had to but this was the first time staying at a Quality Inn where we weren't extremely happy.

The person who checked us in was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, no smell of smoke, and quiet. Had a great nights sleep with 2 kids plus free breakfast. A solid stopover on our roadtrip west.

Needed a place to stay for a short night. It fit the bill perfectly.

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was very clean. The room smelled a little smoky like someone had smoked in the room. But it was not over powering. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom had a new tub and toilet. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. It is close to restaurants and was only 10 minutes from the bowling alley ,as we stayed for a regional. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Nightstand and dresser were sticky, dirty, and clearly not cleaned. Gross floor and dirty walls. The room smelled terrible. Run down overall. Friendly staff.

Pretty sure the hotel has a mold problem. We were in a room on the first floor, room 100. It was right next to the laundry area which may have been part of the problem. The room smelled musty and damp. Terrible nights sleep.
