伊羅達克里尼飯店(Elounda Krini Hotel)

Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Pulizia ottima. Camera gradevole, anche per il design moderno, buona la biancheria, con buon letto e materasso. Purtroppo la struttura ha seri limiti: Manca l’ascensore e la doccia è scivolosa, pericolosa e non basta un adesivo, in camera, per evitarlo. Comodo il parcheggio. Posizione sulla strada principale, non in centro. Bella la vista mare dalle camere.

La habitación y el baño pues no correspondían en absoluto al precio. El baño muy pequeño con el plato de ducha de cemento y cerrado con una cortina. La habitación con una televisión minúscula y acabados de hotel de playa mínimo. Se encuentra a 13 minutos del puerto y la playa de Elounda, con los rigores del calor era necesario coger el coche. El desayuno bien, pero no llegamos a la hora de apertura del comedor y no tuvieron la amabilidad de ofrecernos nada. Estuvimos 12 días en Creta en siete hoteles diferentes y este era el de peor calidad-precio. Al día siguiente, en Sitía estuvimos en un hotel de 2 estrellas que estaba mejor (excepto el desayuno) y nos costó 100 € menos la noche. La piscina estaba muy bien. Hacía mucho calor y se agradecía.

La chambre est petite et surtout la salle de bain manque de place,aucun support pour poser ses affaires, heureusement qu'il y a un beau balcon avec belle vue et une belle piscine.La dame de ménage attend devant ta porte que la chambre soit libérée, c'est désagréable. Le ménage quotidien est très limité, obligé de redemander des produits douche .Le petit déjeuner est décevant, même pas de pain frais, fruits au compte goutte, même pas d'orange entière.Il est plus adapté pour les becs salés que sucrés.

Hôtel bien situé et facile d'accès. Chambre propre, moderne et bien aménagée avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Petit balcon pour profiter de la vue mer. Bonne literie et bon accueil. Possibilité de manger sur place (snack type pizza, salade), bar le soir au bord de la piscine. Point négatif : le parking est vraiment trop petit. Vous n'êtes pas sûrs de trouver une place en haute saison et si c'est le cas, certaines personnes n'hésitent pas à se garer n'importe comment en vous bloquant...

Héérlijk hotel vooral door het vriendelijke personeel. George lacht de hele dag en voorziet je van drankjes en gerechten die Sophia fantastisch klaarmaakt, niets is hun teveel. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Echt top!

Delizioso Hotel alle porte di Elounda. La camera pur essendo piccola, viene pulita e profumata quotidianamente. Il personale, attentissimo alle normative anticovid è gentile, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Un grazie di cuore alla signora Cristina, perfetta padrona di casa, dolce ,gentile e disponibile attenta alle esigenze dei clienti e perfetta nel ruolo di tour operator. Io e mia figlia siamo state benissimo ci ritornerò volentieri

After 5 years here, we will never be back. We always loved this small charming hotel for its peacefulness, cleanliness and simple charm. Plus the wonderful staff. I don't know what's happened but it's gone to the dogs this year. All the regular staff have left. The room cleaning is a joke. Dirty cups left, shambolic bed making, bathrooms not cleaned. We asked for ice a couple of times in the bar...the woman turned to her friend lolling at a table, rolled her eyes and said "this sucks" in greek...I speak Greek! Last year the waiter would come to your sunbed with a menu and bring drinks. This year you had to go get them yourself...you'd get the glasses from the bar and they can't even be bothered to get the beers from the fridge for you. We've never experienced so much lethargy and rude eye rolling at a hotel ever. My other half walked back from the supermarket with a bottle of coke to put in the fridge and asked for ice on the way up. He was told in no uncertain terms that drinking this illicit coke with their ice was "PROHIBITED!" Bathrooms are not fit for purpose ...dirty, tiny, broken showers. Our grey bathmat was not changed once in 10 days. It's so sad because last year we had the most joyous time here with bubbly can-do staff...this year I felt like a naughty kid on a school camping trip caught with cigarettes! To add insult to injury my friend who came to wish us goodbye was rudely asked "what are you doing here?" The place was very empty and everyone there complained about the cold inedible breakfasts and bad service.

The hotel is well positioned a short walk to the sea, and about a 15 minute walk to the town centre. The biggest asset of the hotel is the staff, the girls on reception particularly in the evening were delightful, very chatty with a wealth of knowledge of the area and places to visit. The rooms were basic but all you needed for a holiday when you are planning on being out and about most of the time. It would have been nice to have a bit more cleaning of our rooms. The sheets were pulled up and the bins emptied daily , our daughter didn’t get her towels changed during the week which would have been nice. The pool was nice although a bit grubby. The breakfast was basic with very little food on offer, empty serving plates were on the buffet area others had one or two pieces of fruit. One of the mornings there was no butter or spread and when we enquired we were told it had run out. We tended to just go out for breakfast. The hotel is fine for a basic holiday.

Avoid this rundown, filthy hotel. We spoke with others who stayed here last year, they too could not believe how it had changed since taken over in the last year. We raised our concerns when another lady was trying to explain that she was unhappy. The receptionist was very abrupt and continued to say each room is the same...which is not true. We paid £300 to upgrade our room....the sea view was the only pleasant thing about this hotel...we had to ask for our bedding to be changed...10 days and changed once. Floor mopped once, sink, toilet etc never touched. We even tool it upon ourselves to clean the room. The bar was closed early evening...the pool area was filthy.
