伊羅達花園套房(Elounda Garden Suites Heated Pool)

A receção por parte dos funcionários foi de extrema simpatia. Direcionaram-nos até à suite e até nos colocaram a televisão portuguesa. As condições da suite são muito confortáveis e com bastante higiene. Recomendaram-nos as melhores praias nas proximidades e restaurantes. Após o check-out tivemos um imprevisto com o transfer e a equipa prontificou-se logo a ajudar. Recomendo a estadia!

Un accueil parfait, le personnel super chaleureux sait prendre soin des clients ! Pleins de petites attentions au long de notre séjour, de bons conseils pour ce qu'il y a à faire ou à manger à Elounda. Buffet au petit déjeuner plus que conséquent, varié avec des produits frais. Chambre très confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable ! Seul hic (et ce n'est pas leur faute), Google maps vous perd et vous fait tourner en rond à cause d'un sens unique...

Ein wunderschönes Boutique Hotel. Jeder Gast hat seinen eigenen kleinen Bereich. Der Empfang vom Team ist extrem herzlich. Ein großes Dankeschön für unseren Urlaub an Artur, Angela, Maria und Anna! Details: Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Anlage, der Pool, die Bar alles ist tipptopp. 250 Meter zum Zentrum und zum nächsten Strand.

We booked this because of the fantastic reviews and it did not disappoint. From our welcome to our goodbye, all the staff were exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we were always greeted with a smile and a hello. The rooms are spotlessly clean as are the overall facilities. We had the 2 bedroom suite in the annex and it is spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the cleaning service is excellent. The pool area is very chilled and the sun loungers really comfy, towels are also provided. We also sat in gardens which are pretty and shaded. We paid for breakfast daily and there is lots of choice, you can choose hot food to order. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main town, so a great location too. Elounda itself has a wide range of restaurants all of which were excellent. We visited because I wanted to go to Spinalonga which was definitely worth the trip. There is lots to see in the area, we went to Plaka, Kolokithia Beach and Agios Nikolaos. The trip was brilliant, made even better by staying at the hotel.

We have stayed in many hotels in a long life but both agreed this was exceptional and one of the best. The staff were exceptional from the gardener to the senior management nothing was too much trouble. The suite was perfect and kept so by the staff. Breakfast a joy and ample light lunches first class. A particular thanks to the front of house which went above and beyond in their service. Spoilt for choice in local restaurants. Good cheap bus service and Taxis. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every day including the frightening thunder storm.

Peaceful, friendly, relaxed. We have had a great 5 days here after a week in Athens. The welcome is very warm with helpful staff always available. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well provisioned with a kitchenette, smart TV, good AC, and a sizeable private balcony for family breakfasts. The pool was smaller than we had realised - more somewhere to cool off while sunbathing than for swimming in. Smaller kids enjoyed it - but quite strict rules like no diving and no swimming before 10am or after 7pm. The beach is only a few minutes walk so we swam there - and walk to kolokitha bay for some excellent snorkeling with crystal clear water and hundreds of fish. Elounda has many restaurants - every meal was good, and the bill always seems OK with extras like water , bread, appetizer, desert, and raki (local brandy) often provided on the house. Everyone seems to speak English.

We loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and clean. The apar**ent was spacious and decorated in a tasteful way. The staff were exceptionally helpful; I was pregnant at the time and they let us keep our bags there and have a later check out for our room. When we returned to get our bags to leave, they gave us bottles of water for the taxi journey and wished us well with everything. We had a lovely and special stay here.
