Très déçue par cet hôtel par rapport aux commentaires élogieux : j’ai réservé en me disant que c’était certes, l hôtel le plus cher du voyage mais qu on finirait le séjour sur une merveille … bon et bien pas du tout. Certaines personnes du personnel sont très sympas mais d’autres pas du tout ! La piscine est minuscule et extrêmement sale, plein de carreaux de décollent tous les jours, l eau est verte et j’ai même la partie blanche de mon maillot de bain qui a des traces vertes de la forme des carreaux de quand je me suis assise sur les marches 😅 après cela je n ai plus osé rentrer dans cette piscine qui est de toutes façons trop petite pour tout l hôtel ( elle doit faire 10 ou 12m2 et il y avait 4 familles qui jouaient chacun au ballon soit 4 ballons qui volaient au dessus de ma tête et des gens qui criaient ou m éclaboussaient 😭 et après en avoir parlé à l accueil je me suis rendu compte que c était apparemment l hôtel qui laissait ces ballons à disposition toujours dans la piscine). La chambre était tout au fond a l étage, propre mais dans un état vétuste : sols et fenêtres abîmés avec vue sur un champs derrière. Le dernier jour, on nous a coupé l eau nous ne pouvions plus nous doucher ni tirer la chasse 😑 Les jardins n ont rien d exceptionnel quelques jolies fleurs mais au milieu seulement de la boue et c est un nid a moustique et à guêpes donc nous n’y sommes pas restés. Le seul avantage était l emplacement assez central dans Elounda mais si j avais su j’aurais pris quelque chose de moins cher car nous avons eu des hôtels grand luxe pour 75-80€ par nuit en plein été et là pour 200€ c’était minuscule et le service dépendait beaucoup de qui était à la réception.

A receção por parte dos funcionários foi de extrema simpatia. Direcionaram-nos até à suite e até nos colocaram a televisão portuguesa. As condições da suite são muito confortáveis e com bastante higiene. Recomendaram-nos as melhores praias nas proximidades e restaurantes. Após o check-out tivemos um imprevisto com o transfer e a equipa prontificou-se logo a ajudar. Recomendo a estadia!

We had a wonderful week at EGS in mid-September. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb (we wished we'd booked it in advance), the suite was comfortable, spacious and well-appointed and the location was excellent, a gentle; level stroll to the beach and restaurants. We loved the pool. There was no problem getting a sunbed but it might not be so easy in high season.

The place is convenient to reach the city center. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Extra tip: you can wash all your clothes during your stay for free. All excellent! Would recommend 100%! Hope to come back to Elounda

We've been to Elounda many times and stayed in different hotels/apartments most times. Booked the whole package with easyJet as this worked out less money than booking directly Welcomed by Tony at reception on our arrival. The next morning we saw Kristina and Anna. All staff are absolutely wonderful We had room 208, a 1st floor apartment with large sitting room/kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom with lots of storage space. The best is they can do your washing at no extra charge! Pool area is clean and tidy, although pool.needs a bit of maintenance as many loose tiles. Free towels are available for use around pool or to take to the beach We will definitely return as we had such a lovely time!

First of all I would like to thank Anna & her team who made me and my family so welcome . This was my first time in Crete & we was there for a friend 's wedding but this hotel & the staff has made want to return asap. The room we had was quite large & had everything you would need and more - the fresh fruit and wine was so nice of you to have in the room as we arrived . The two ladies who look after the house keeping are amazing and everything is spotless . The breakfast is cooked fresh every day & you have a wide choice of hot and cold & all cooked by Maria's mummy who did try to teach me greek . Breakfast is served by Angela and once again nothing is a problem . If you want snacks or afternoon drink another star Maria is on hand & always has a smile and all the snacks are once again cooked fresh by Maria's mum For my business I have to travel all over Europe & the middle east & I find if you have great staff you are half way to having a great hotel - this place has the lot greta hotel Great staff Once again thank to all @ EGS for looking after my family
