住宿描述
Open floor plan, updated, with new floor and trim, new comfortable furniture, gorgeous view. Accomodates four with two bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 twins). Full deck in front and small deck in back. Everything is new. It is in a wooded private location tucked just off a residential area, just a 1/2 mile from beautiful downtown Ellsworth, and just 18 miles from Acadia National Park. There are many vacation destinations nearby. You will have the run of the house. Come and enjoy. This is double wide trailer, about ten years old, but now completely renovated.
The full-size kitchen is fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils. It does not have specialty items such as a double boiler, but it has plenty of basics. We have a coffee maker for pots of coffee and k-cups. [Bring your own coffee]. We have A/C in the main room and fans in the bedroom. Bring or buy bottled water. The well water is potable, but well water does not agree with water your used to in other regions sometimes. The gas fireplace is non-functional for safety and cost issues. The enclosed deck is bi-level and large with chairs and tables. The abundant wildlife, dear, fox, turkeys, etc. are at no extra charge. Enjoy Maine.
Before departing, please:
1. Wash up dishes
2. Place trash in white bags, and place white bags in the trash receptical on the back deck inside the large black bag.
3. Sweep the floor.
4. Placed used towels and sheets in a pile on the bedroom floor. (The floor is vinyl so damp towels wont hurt the floor)
5. Check to see nothing was left.
6. Let me know of any problems.

Wohnung vor Toren von Acadia NP
Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Kein Luxus aber trotzdem gemütlich. Für uns war die Wohnung die Unterkunft für den Acadia NP. Vor Ort haben wir festgestellt, dass es unzählige andere Möglichkeiten zum Übernachten gibt, die nicht in den Buchungsportalen in Europa erhältlich sind und wahrscheinlich direkt gebucht werden. Als wir die Wohnung buchten war das Angebot an Ferienwohnungen bei Fewo, airbnb oder booking recht übersichtlich.

Schöne Unterkunft
Es hat alles gut geklappt, auch Rückfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Küche war gut und praktisch ausgestattet und wir haben das Frühstück morgens auf der Terrasse in der Sonne genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig in der Natur, aber nahe zum Stadtzentrum. Zum Acadia Nationalpark benötigt man ca 30 Minuten.

Perfect quiet and comfortable place to stay while exploring Acadia and Bar Harbour. It had everything our family of four needed for our stay. Ellsworth is a great town as well-we highly recommend Momo’s cheesecakes while staying here!

Overall great experience. Would recommend some shelving for toiletries in second bathroom. Very tight for 2 adults. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves!

Owner great communication & providing information to make our stay enjoyable. Property guiet & relaxing. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the mattresses probably could be a little better otherwise everything was fantastic!
