Very friendly staff, hot tub and pool is exactly what was needed after a long hot day! No breakfast but had coffee, donuts 1 day then cookies next. Staff went out of their way to make sure you are welcomed and even borrowed us a jack from their home when we had a flat tire.... 😀 laundry room awesome with free dryer

If you are looking for a five star hotel, this is not it. If you are looking for clean, reasonably priced accommodations with amazing staff, then the Shilo Inn is the place. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable during my stay. Any of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Clean and nice arrival - after that no maid service and talked to front desk several times - excuses given by the front desk: only 2 people cleaning - then only 1 person cleaning - and then they don't have anyone cleaning on the weekends (it was a Saturday and we saw at least one person cleaning) - never had our room serviced from Thursday until we left on Sunday - not staying there again!

Hotel desperately needs upgrades. Run down, rooms, pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly.

We had an issue with lights. The light above the sink didn't work but was fixed quickly. We later noticed there was no light bulb in the lamp next to the bed. We were told we would have to move to another room as the maintenance man would be back until the morning and it was against policy to get another light bulb. We were shocked but insisted we get one and finally the receptionist reluctantly gave us one.

Curtains in room were broken windows were extremely dirty with little kids handprints and look like jelly on them , broken light switch in the bathroom , soda machine down the hall was broke out of service , bed was comfortable . I asked to get a ride from the shuttle van back down to Peterbilt because I have no transportation and they told me I needed to give a 24-hour notice to get a ride . I haven't been here for 24 hours so how could that have even be possible

I booked this hotel due to the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not operational and the indoor pool was not heated despite it being 17 degrees out side. This made me and my daughter sad.

Very convenient next to electric charger and small shopping area with great grocery and several non chain restaurants. Broken heating system had fan run all the time unless temp was above 72°. Sink stopped up. Friendly personnel.

Easy access to interstate and restaurants. Tired hotel. No updates since the 90’s. No breakfast.
