Poor maintenance of the property, bad smell, mattresses in poor condition, no supervision in cleaning the rooms.

I have always had great experiences in La Quintas all over and this was no exception. We checked in later in the evening and the person at the desk was a delight! Our room was clean and comfortable and we're intending on staying again when we come up over Memorial Day weekend.

The heater in the room would only work for about 5 minutes then it would blow cold air. The staff wanted me to get up through the night and turn the heater on and off manually as needed through the night.

The bathroom was dirty. Clogged shower with hair and filth. Smelled terrible. The night staff came in and cleaned the shower drain. She was very nice

There was urine on the floor in front of the toilet. Dusty. Bedding was covered in pet hair. Mopping was only marginally done.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast sausage was under cooked. The staff is truly nice and accommodating despite the deplorable conditions of the hotel.

The room had plaster coming off the ceiling in the shower. The grout in the bathroom had come out of the floor and there was nasty dirt in it. The lamp shades were dirty and stained. The curtains were stained. The chairs in the room were uncomfortable. There was no ice because the one ice machine by the front desk was broken. Dogs were hollowing at night in the other rooms. The pool had black and brown stains everywhere. The emergency door to the pool was stuck open and cold air was coming in. There was insulation coming off one of the ceiling tiles. The breakfast was very minimal...yogurt, apple, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, toast, waffels and juice

Nice, clean, friendly, very helpful people, space room, good views, close to the stores
