哈里斯堡國際機場萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Harrisburg International Airport)

Quite good. Only a few minutes walk from the airport.

This property is very clean, looks new and the location is perfect, it’s literally beside the airport. Only thing is, they are less accommodating. Our flight was delayed because of the storm so I asked if I can have a late checkout, at 12 noon versus 11 am. Not a big difference, but the front desk said I couldn’t that they don’t do that. I did explain my flight was delayed for two hours. I usually stay at a hotel about 10 mins from the airport since I travel often and Harrisburg airport is closer to home I found this at a convenient location by the airport. but just less accommodating than the one I regularly stay at. But either way it was a clean hotel, restaurant had decent food, it was quiet and great location.

The front desk agent seemed in a hurry even though I was the only person in sight. After giving me the room key, I bent down to get my bag and when I came up, she was already gone. I didn’t know what floor the room was on, how to find the elevators in a rather large space, or how to connect to Wi-Fi. Perhaps there was a call she was tending to with higher priority, though it felt like many assumptions were made as to where I should go and how to figure out the internet.

It was a great place for the most part but the coffee pot in my room didn’t work, the shower curtain was so short that my batt floor was flooded and it took three towels to dry it up. The final straw was the breakfast that was auto be ready at 6:0 but was not as was told no one showed up, they even the grab and go breakfast was no there either. I spend this kind of money to stay so close to the airport so I would have all my conveniences available but instead I had to leave for the airport and pay for breakfast there

The hotel was extremely clean - no complaints there and it smelled amazing - like chocolate. I was a little annoyed that I had to figure out how to use the air conditioning (which also involved calling the front desk) and then also turn the fridge on and let it get cold before I could use it but otherwise everything was pretty great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all pleasant. Struggled to find the ice machine because signage in the building was not great and also struggled finding a garbage can outside of the room unless I went all the way to the lobby. Impressed that breakfast included real eggs - waffle area not well explained and deterred everyone who approached it (I watched to make sure it was not just me lol) Overall would definitely recommend. I felt safe and was comfortable.

Excelente hotel y literalmente frente al aeropuerto, incluso se puede llegar caminando.
