豪生城唄盟套房飯店(Baymont by Wyndham Johnson City)

Wow. Just wow. This place was so bad. This place had a 3.5 rating when i stayed. For the price, (and considering anything higher rated in the area was around $150 a night) I thought maybe this place wouldnt be so bad. I was wrong. To start, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. The room smelled TERRIBLE. We shut the curtains, thinking they would block out some light only to find they were so moth eaten and worn through it looked like someone had shot at them. Door did not shut properly. Walls were paper thin and blocked out no noise whatsoever. I would never stay here again no matter the price

Comodidad estaba bien su baño me gusto su tamaño. La distancia a todos los lugares que tenia que ir también fue excelente cerca de todo. La recepcionista muy amable también. Muy limpio el lobby y el lugar del desayuno limpio y lo necesario para un desayuno estuvo bien. La única queja fue cuando hice check in la limpieza de la habitación fue decepcionante era muy notable polvo por todo lado el baño los vidrios gotas de agua en muchas partes El inodoro parecía recién usado con marcas notables de que alguien lo usó y no lo limpió. Le daré una calificación de 5/10

No issues with the staff, they were all very nice! The main issue is the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the bathroom floor and stains on the bedding. The mini fridge smelled horrible and didn’t keep things cold. Batteries hanging out of the fire alarm. Power outlet covers almost falling off the walls, and if you barely moved a cord that was plugged in it would very easily come unplugged. A lot of light shining through the window at night even with both curtains closed. The hotel rooms are very close to the main road so there was a lot of noise at night from traffic driving by.

This was a Christmas stay to visit family. Hotel lacks in area of cleanliness. Chocolate was on tv cabinet and hadn’t been cleaned. Paper particles were under bathroom sink area. Male manager not friendly and makes customers feel uncomfortable. I have stayed here four times recently. Lady clerk is much nicer and friendly towards customers.

There was nothing unique. the lobby was locked off and you had the chicken from a window. The furniture was all very old and damaged

Very clean. Quick check in. Only thing I ask for bottom floor and he gave me what he called bottom with 2 sets of steps. I have mobility issues and can't do steps. He was told. was almost in tears by Tim reached room.

The staff were very helpful, but there were other guests standing in the hallway, yelling and letting their dogs bark.

Room smelly. Change towels was missed and we did not have a sign out on our door at all. Breakfast, coffee was out in an hour. They did not check on it and therefore no coffee. They had a person that came in and stacked his plate with 6 eggs, 4 biscuits , 2 bowl of cereal and 4 cups of sugar. Probably a homeless person.

We stayed at the Baymont in Johnson City Tn. for a weekend of racing. Great place, was just renovated and the prices was Amazing. We was late for the free breakfast and the lady held it open for us. The food was Excellent and the Staff was really Nice. We will be back again and again!
