阿婆斯托拉塔島度假村(Apostolata Island Resort and Spa)

La struttura è bella, le camere ampie e la sala ristorante offre un bellissimo panorama. Bella anche la grande piscina di acqua salata. Il personale è gentile ma poco disposto a interagire o a supportare in caso di bisogno. La pulizia delle camere giornaliera è piuttosto approssimativa (ad esempio sapone finito e mai più sostituito, tappetino da bagno ritirato e non sostituito, insomma poca attenzione). Ma la cosa che mi ha deluso di più è senz'altro la ristorazione: nonostante la formula all inclusive non era possibile avere caffè espresso a colazione; qualità dei piatti molto discreta, certamente non all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Pochi piatti tipici, quasi solo piatti internazionali con poco sapore. Anche il buffet delle verdure molto deludente. Peccato perché la struttura avrebbe del potenziale

El hotel no es en la vida un 5 estrellas. Como mucho se queda en 3 estrellas y ya. Muy viejo en todo. Las habitaciones, aún q reserves la mejor es muy vieja, las camas un desastre.. etc Las habitaciones tienen llave 🔑 ni siquiera tarjeta con lector magnético. Al llegar te hacen cubrir un papel con tus datos y firmar un consentimiento. Por favor!!, ni siquiera un sistema informático, todo a mano en papel. Las toallas de la piscina parece q hay q pedirlas casi de rodillas para q te las den. Q no os engañen no es un 5 estrellas, está muy viejo, muy falto de servicio en todo. Demasiado caro me parece visto lo visto.

Après une expérience au lesante classic à Zante (5 etoiles) réussie, nous poursuivons notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Premier écueil, la réception est incapable de nous organiser le transfert du port à l'hotel (nous avons du le faire par nous même à partir du bateau) , car en haute saison, il faut savoir qu'il y a très peu de taxi et que ces derniers trient les clients en fonction de la destination (et des €) . En arrivant nous découvrons le lieu, grand établissement avec des chambres réparties dans des petites maisons autour du bâtiment principal ou dans le bâtiment principal. Notre chambre était face à la mer et la vue superbe (lever de soleil le matin, vue sur la piscine et la mer). Par contre literie vieille (matelas défoncé qui devait avoir plus de 5-10 ans) et propreté moyenne la chambre et des parties communes. Nous étions en demie pension donc diner le soir au buffet de l'hôtel en terrasse ou en salle. Terrasse avec des guêpes qui tournent autour des tables malgré les fumigènes mis en bordure de terrasse (et odeur désagréable) L'alternative est la salle mais très bruyante même si il y a peu de personnes . Le buffet est ignoble, digne de la pire des cafétaria d'autoroute, que des plats baignant dans du gras, des desserts mauvais, .... Peut être que cela plait à la clientèle Britannique qui mobilise presque tout l'établissement mais pour avoir fait des tavernes lors des excusions, la cuisine grecque peut être délicieuse quand elle est bien faite. Le service au restaurant est à l'image de la cuisine proposée, indigne d'un 5 *. comme l'hotel est entre Scala et Poros, à moins d'avoir une voiture, il n'y a pas d'alternative autre que de manger à l'hotel en conclusion, cette hôtel, bien placé et proposant une belle vue pourrait être mieux si le management daignait former le personnel à un niveau de prestation de 5* et réformait la cuisine pour servir des plats de qualité. Point positifs à noter - navette gratuite vers scala et Poros en journée - SPA bien entretenu , Sauna, steambath de qualité et responsable du SPA très agréable.

This hotel was lovely to stay at, especially the fact there was a secret, luxury location hidden but it is shown in the picture. The water was clear blue, but beware children shouldn't be allowed to go in there as it is a part of the sea and is very deep. The waves also have very strong currents. Although the rooms could do with modernisation, they were okay and clean. There are many facilities and restaurants to go to for lunch and dinner which you can get to by using a free shuttle bus offered by the hotel.

The hotel was perched on the edge of a cliff, good sea views. Shuttle bus to the nearest town runs too infrequently, and even in September we had to wait, as it was full. Remote location, lots of steps, and accommodation tired. 4 star rating questionable.

We had the best holiday as a family here, i was worried my daughter wouldn’t enjoy as being away with her parents at 18, but she was so happy with the whole experience. The food was amazing and never got bored of it, the pizza at pool snack bar was great, staff were so friendly and attentive. Both pools were lovely with exceptional views. A free bus to Skala which we used a couple of times but we hired a car to explore the area. Did 10 days and wished it was longer. Would love to return

My partner and I have just spent a week at the Apostolata and very much enjoyed it. It was very late season (first week of October), but still very warm and sunny. The transfer from the airport was between 1h 15 and 1h30, by the time we’d done a few pick ups on the way. We were very happy with the room – we paid a bit more for a sea view. The room has a small fridge, kettle, hair dryer and the toiletries were replenished in the bathroom. The two pools were great. We spent most of our time at the large one at the bottom. There were few people, plenty of sun loungers and there was no music before 1640. The one by reception is very much smaller, with only a couple of sun loungers. The wifi is excellent – both in our room (in the main block) and by the pool The food was really good – perfectly hot and with a lot of choice. There were different salads and main course options every night, as well as the staples (fresh pizza, & pasta). There was also a variety of fresh bread and about ten puddings to choose from. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The tennis courts are astroturf and play very nicely. We had them to ourselves each evening. The gym is small and while the spa opens at 1000, the reception staff open the gym at any time. There is one treadmill and cross trainer. The other treadmill and bike don’t work. There is: • A multi gym with a lat pull down/ low row • A combined bench press (flat & incline) and shoulder press • And a leg extension/curl • The dumbbells are 20/18/16/10/8/5/3 kg • There’s also a flat/incline bench and one for back extensions There’s a free bus into the little town - Skala (c5 mins drive away) about 4/5 times a day. There are quite a few cats about the place; most well fed and very friendly. If you’re that way inclined, they never turn down food (available cheaply from the Skala food shops) but what a few could do with is a drop of anti flea lotion &/ or worming tablets, which we couldn’t find in the shops. We’d definitely go back
