Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Fue un problema porque tenía bedbugs y varios en la propiedad estábamos consultándolo con la recepcionistas, el personal súper grosero y mintiéndoles a ustedes, expedía sobre las quejas, tengo fotos y videos del lugar donde el techo estaba roto, las paredes con sangre, la recepcionista siendo grosera y de los bedbugs (chinches) Terrible experiencia! Nos pudieron resolver hasta las 4 de las mañana

I spent a total of 3 nights as I paid in cash the first night. I didn’t actually stay until Saturday night, I could now sleep Well Because I was itching all Over my body. When we woke up Because my sons were with me I noticed a bug on the pillow. It was a bed bug! Right there and then w roaches up and checked out. I let the receptionist know why we were leaving. Do not recommend, hallways were extremely dirty. I will be requesting a refund.

El hotel si está bien gacho muy viejos los muebles las camas horribles y sucio pero la morra de recepción si se acopla a toda m@dre

Esta muy descuidado y no cuidan la limpieza de las habitaciones. Los muebles cayéndose

I was told that check in was at 2:00pm, we arrived at 2:45pm and was told that the system was down and would be up in an hour! We didn’t check in until 4:00 pm! The clerk didn’t know how to use the computer software so we didn’t get the key to our room until 4:30!!!

La habitación apestaba a cigarro y la limpieza no era buena

Muy sucio y mal estado

There were holes in the sheets and washcloths. A big gap around the door and the staff started at 6am in the morning pushing there noisy carts up and down the hallway and slamming doors that woke everyone up! The whole building is very old and dilapidated!!!

Horrible, DO Not get fooled by pictures online. The rooms are nasty and nothing like what is being advertised. False advertising and trying to get my money back. way over priced, motel 6 would have been better. not sure how they are getting away with false advertising but I notified *******.
