This one bedroom, one bath wood view condo in the renovated Navigator Building in the Landmark resort has endless amenities! Within a mile of the Egg Harbor Beach and just over two miles to downtown Egg Harbor, you are in the heart of what makes Door County amazing! The Landmark resort has everything you would want in a vacation resort; three outdoor pools, a hot tub/sauna in each building, an indoor pool in the main building along with a gym, business center and breakfast area. What else would you need? This condo is renovated and includes a King Size Bed in the bedroom and couch in the living room, tiled floors, carpeting and the full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain family and friends. Step just outside your condo to the outdoor pool during the summer months...a short walk downstairs to the hot tub or across the parking lot to the Charthouse Building for the indoor pool in the winter months. Our end unit condo on the first floor makes access to the exit, outdoor pools and grilling area steps away! Private 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in the Village of Egg Harbor. A short five minute walk to downtown and all the amenities Egg Harbor has to offer (e.g., public beach, marina, Peg Egan auditorium, public library, park, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc.). The Harbor School House is perched at the top of a hill on an acre lot with a fully fenced in backyard and large deck. The three bedrooms sleep eight adults comfortably. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the semi-private den. The house has a fully furnished kitchen, large dining table, outdoor space including deck & front porch, parking for three cars, and smart TVs in the bedrooms & living spaces. This cabin is tucked away on about an acre and a half of wooded land. This property can be enjoyed all year long! You can enjoy the wood burning fireplace and proximity to Egg Harbor in the winter, watch the wild life come alive in the spring, relax after a day at the beach in the summer, and take in the seasonal colors and fall festivities!The house accommodates 4 people with full 1 bed and a queen pull out couch.We have high speed wifi that can stream TV. It includes a mesh router and 2 extenders to get wifi in and out of the house.The TV in the Living room is a Amazon Fire TV. You can download and log into any app and stream from your profile.Central heating & AirKitchen Amenities:The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Pot and Toaster. We also include some pots, pans, crockpot, strainers, cups, plates, mugs, wine glasses, Tupperware (please don't take), silverware and other basic baking suppliesWe do have a second unit on the property that could be rented to a separate group.
