The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is great, too!

Poll was very cold. Phone in room didn’t work. Had to go to desk multiple times. Didn’t get number of extra pillows and blankets requested. Room was so cold, couldn’t get it warm despite thermostats. Bright green blinking light in middle of ceiling interfered with restful sleep. Complied nicely more than once. Was told nothing they could do since we booked third party. It was as though they knew they wouldn’t have to refund, and don’t care about requests!

There were not enough parking spots. When I came to the hotel I had to park along the side of the lot.

Loved the king size bed and softness of covers. Will stay here in future trips

Staff asked for the room before checkout. Before even 10 and check in staff could be a bit more professional. But overall ok.

Very nice place to stay. The breakfast was very good, they offer lots of options. The front desk employees were very nice

First time staying thete and we were overwhelmed by the size of room but the bathroom was WAY TO SMALL

We had to wait about 10 minutes to check in the hotel. Check in time was at 3 and we got there around 3:17 and no one was at the front desk. Also the rooms were not very sound proof. We were close to the lobby and ice machine and the activity around 1am to 3am were wake-up moments.
