You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..

I cannot believe ********** is affiliated with such a poor hotel. There was obviously drug activity present and broken down vehicles in the lot. The room was tired, and could have been much cleaner. Had a smell, very broken down condition. When having a shower the water temp was not controllable. Very noisy being next to the 16A highway. Didn't sleep well. The photos advertised are not accurate at all. Front desk was polite.

We are requesting a refund due to the fact we were unable to sleep and had prepaid! The room was filthy. There was a conditioner bottle in the toilet bowl upon arrival. We called front desk they didn't know what to do about it. My spouse was able to retrieve it. At midnight we were about to call it a night and noticed there were larger black spots on the white bed cover. A closer inspection we recognized it was hairs and some other unidentifiable debris. We pulled back the sheets and found several hairs. It was disgusting. I called front desk several times for clean sheets or another room, but nobody answered. We slept at the table on chairs. The room was 216 and not worth the $80+ Canadian we paid.

Musty smell in room, must have been a smoking room previously? Bed sheets had a stain, found black hair on bed sheet definitely not mine as I'm red head. Won't stay again

Hotel room clean and shower great, coffee maker and AC worked. All at a budget price.

We asked for a non smoking room but the room we received definitely had been smoked in. The room was smaller and dated, but overall very clean and well kept, along with it being a older hotel the rooms weren't very sound proof as we heard everything going on in the room next to us. Overall you get what you pay for, price is cheap but the quality of stay is less then satisfying.

Fairly good location for restaurants and not to far from shopping. Good motel for a night's stay.

I chose a non smoking room and signed on forms to a non smoking room. When i got to the room, it smelled like ash tray. Bed uncomfortable, floor tiles needs deep cleaning. When i was getting my stuff, the next day. There was a commotion downstairs as they were kicking them out a man. I guess this place is used also for people with homeless vouchers. As soon as i come out my room to leave, one lady was asking for a change.

There was no hot water in the sink and tbe shower didn't work either really hot dribble or cold.
