Absolutely amazing!

When I arrived at the property, I was highly disappointed that one of my filters was access to the pool only to find out that the pool was closed down indefinite not to mention I arrive before check out time to make sure that I was on time and still, the room was unavailable at my scheduled time The room was not sanitary. The hot tub was not clean and did not work properly. The TV was limited channels. I was definitely unsatisfied and will never return to this facility. There was limited food availability in the area. The pictures on the website look a lot better than the rooms actually are it’s more like a hotel than a motel For the price and the holding fee it was absurd if you’re looking for a good place to stay please avoid going to this place

I called Fairfield just 24 hours before our arrival and specifically asked about breakfast start time. I was told 6am for my stay (I was planning to stay the very next day so there’s no room for confusion). My son needed to be someplace at 7am and I said that. I was assured breakfast was at 6am. I checked in and was told breakfast starts at 7am. That was upsetting because the 6am breakfast was the reason I chose this hotel for our one-night stay. Also only upon check-in, I was told the pool was closed for repairs. I’d asked about the pool prior to booking my room which was 24 hours before my stay. I was told the pool was open. Upon entering our room, we immediately smelled a strange, strong smell. But we were told there were no other rooms available. We shut off the lights to go to sleep and realized the fire alarm above our beds had two green lights flashing like a strobe light. We couldn’t get it to stop. So all night long we had green lights flashing at us. Other than the smell, the room seemed clean.

Thanks to great personnel at this hotel we arrived, stayed and departed well treated, friendly greeted and great breakfast feasted. Highly recommend this particular hotel because every aspect is one notch above what we expected.

The property called few hours before check-in and told they don’t have space in their hotel and arranged in another hotel where we had to face problem for WiFi and breakfast was not warm at all. Worst experience and did not expect this happen when booking from *******

Room and hotel were clean and pleasant. Sofa bed mattress was thin and hard, no mattress pad. Regular bed was comfortable. We did not receive housekeeping. Also reported an issue with the shower that was not resolved. Breakfast was good, lots of variety.

Rm reserved from ******* not available. Downgraded to a handicapped noisy rm. Not happy!!!

This hotel was a huge upgrade compared to my previous booking. Loved the complimentary cookies, coffee and the smell of the walk ways

Reception was great with early check in . Staff was friendly, breakfast quite good. Room was nice too. Overall a good experience.
