科羅娜貝斯特韋斯特套房飯店(Best Western Corona Hotel Suites)

The room and service was great the breakfast they served is pretty awesome with the different variety food choices. The amenities at the room are great as well. Overall, the hotel is nice for your family to stay 

It is a great hotel. I recommend for everyone if the location is suits with you

Hotel ist Zimmermässig ok, Zimmer hat was man braucht, sogar einen riesigen TV, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine. Nicht das neueste aber ok - Pool und Wirlpool im Innenhof aussen. Frühstück ok - nur der amerikanische Kaffee - halt "durchsichtig".... Rührei, Speck, was man so braucht...

Based on the reviews I was expecting a really nice hotel but it was a budget motel that was priced too high. The room smelled of some sort of air freshener that was so strong the smell never went away and I hated entering the room. Everything else about it was just average and if it wasn’t for the smell it would have been just okay. The full breakfast was decent but not good (compared to other hotels) you could easily hear all the noises outside from in the room, although the really loud wall unit hvac drowned out some of the exterior noise. I wouldn’t recommend this place especially for the price.

Booked this place based on positive reviews, location, and having breakfast. We got in a little late and only had a couple hours sleep the night before but decided to hit the pool and hot tub before it closed. Pool was freezing hot tub luke warm. Film of dirt in the layer of bubbles, so we left to go shower and then sleep. When we woke up my wife said she felt like something but her leg and had a red spot. We went for breakfast which was OK. Coffee was watered down. The waffle batter ran out and I tried to inform the worker the batter was empty. She pointed to the little refrigerator and said the butter was inside. I said not butter...batter for waffles. She just looked at me. I gave up. We went back to our room and my wife noticed some blood on the sheets on my side and asked if I had hurt myself. I said no but started looking at the sheets and noticed another blood stain. Then another...but upon closer inspection this wasn't a blood stain.. it was a bug...a tick maybe? Not sure. Checked out and advised of the blood and bug but the clerk didn't seem to care. I showed her pics, but what struck me she didn't seem surprised or even offer an apology. She said I would have to talk to the manager. OK I said. She said she's not there. I asked her to call me and asked when she would be working. "Maybe tomorrow or Monday." No clue No call next day. Not holding my breath. Stear clear unless you like bugs in the bed and poor service.

We came to Corona for a funeral. We chose Best Western because of its ratings & location. Upon checking in I had asked for 1st floor by the pool if possible. Staff chose #140. Nothing alarming when we checked in at 3:30pm. It turned out that Our room was directly across from stairwell that was under construction and next door to contractor’s storage. On Saturday morning we were awakened at 7:00am to sawing & hammering. We went to Best Western for rest & relaxation but unable to sleep in. The staff granted us a later check out but the damage was done. It was a very stressful morning. We should have been made aware of construction at the time of check in so we could have chosen another room.
