I don't know why you would want to stay elsewhere and pay much more for the privilege.
Applegum is everything you will need, compact but still large enough to be comfortable, very comfy pillow top bed, great car cover, quiet and safe, and it even has a comfortable single seat lounge chair.
We will be back.

I’ve stayed here many times and the apartments are always clean, easy to check in, friendly staff, and great size room given the location and price

no sound proof, they change the bedsheets every 3 days as per their rules!
I suggest this motel for only one or max two nights stay.

Mould around the bathroom window cobwebs ,thick dust in exhaust fan in bathroom.
Tea towel looked like someone had used it to wipe after they went to the toilet.
Was looking forward to ordering breakfast but was turned off with the standard of bathroom
