When we pulled into the hotel to unload our stuff we noticed the signs to pay for parking in an app. walked inside to check in, asked the front desk “supervisor” if we had to pay to park there. He said “yes, our hotel parking is below, go past the stop sign and turn down left”. didnt say anything e ! We booked a top floor room with a view.. when we got there the refrigerator didnt work.. informed the front desk as soon as we walked in because we had food that needed to be refrigerated, he insisted on moving us because no one could come look at the fridge, we asked if we would still get the same view and he said yes.. false he moved us down two floors, the view was blocked by trees. not wanting to make a fuss about it we just stood there. Theres only one functioning elevator, second one has been broken for months according to another guest who informed us it was broken the last time they were there months prior. getting to our room, garage and second floor (gym) and took a lot of waiting because housekeeping is using this elevator.. tried taking the stairs but found out the hard way you cant get back inside the halls, doors lock from the outside, had to wait for someone to come out a room and let me in.. recommend wearing shoes at all times, the carpet feel like they have never been cleaned.. i let my man pick the hotel this time so i tried to be the best sport about his pick but then today we get a parking charge.. last straw. Never were we told parking would be additional..
