This was exactly! What I needed! The establishment was decorated beautifully for the Holidays when I walked in! Staff Josie whom I had spoken to on the phone to confirm,was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, and spacious. Bed was Sooo comfortable. I utilized the amenities, pool ,(heated) and sauna, and gym, and topped it off with breakfast in the AM! As you can see,,I was very satisfied! Thanks for asking!🌹

Le problème a été le chauffage, trop bruyant, il fallait mettre le thermomètre 26 pour qu’on est de la chaleur.
Surprise à mon arrivée j’étais pas dans l’hôtel prévu mais celui d’à coté, donc j’étais pas avec les miens!
Mais à part ça, bien contente de ma chambre et des lieux!

We were put in a room that had a bee infestation. We complained and it took quite a while to resolve. They came up with bug and any spray which wouldn't kill the bees. We had to take less of a room as no other rooms of that type were available. I believe they knew the need were there based on how they reacted but rented the room anyway. I was very disappointed in the breakfast on Sunday as well, half the items were missing from the buffet. Overall, not a great stay.

The spa was out of order. i paid for 2 queen beds, we had 2 full size beds. Pillows were soft and the beds were uncomfortable. I didn't sleep at all. We checked out at 8 am.

Property was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and offered amenities like a microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Was in the area for my son's volleyball tournament. He and his friends enjoyed the pool and complimentary cookies- I think they ate more than their share :)

We really liked the room but, as importantly for us, we like the big, nicely designed and furnished main level lobby area. My husband always gets us before me and he enjoyed going downstairs and reading while I was sleeping.

The people who work at this hotel are all so nice!!! They’re professional, friendly, nice, polite…and they appreciate each other!!
Breakfast is good! Happy hour is a bonus. Dinners looked delicious but I didn’t eat there for dinner.
Rooms and hallways could use some refreshing. They’re clean but dated. To be honest, I was disappointed because my room did have a musty smell.
Service is great. I will definitely stay here again!!
