鷹阿魯巴度假村(Eagle Aruba Resort)

Very nice place that I would return to but the water supply to the shower in our room stopped for over 24 hours. We asked for a new place to take a shower and the response was far too slow to allow for showering prior to leaving for the airport. Not pleasant after swimming in the ocean the day before. No offer of any sort to make up for the issue. The location was very good. If it weren't for the poor service, I would give the hotel a 4.5 / 5.0.

En general muy bien. Habitación cómoda ideal para ir en familia. Trato cálido del personal de uno de los restaurantes (Double Down), en especial de Pamela así como también de Nieves, Patricia y Kenyer, hicieron que cada desayuno fuese agradable y sentirse en familia. Gracias

Excelente resort para una convivencia en familia

The room was spacious and lovely. The beach is truly one of the best on the island and public bus system is safe and inexpensive. The only downside is there are only a few restaurants or bars that are walkable. We also didn’t spend any time at the pool because it was never a relaxing atmosphere. It was always too loud with activities. We were also a little concerned by the sewer smell on one end of the beach that would come and go.

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Aruba Resort. This was our 1st time at this resort. For being a little older property, it was very clean and well maintained; however the furniture in our accommodation was in need of cleanin or replacement. The couch and chair in our living area was soiled. The food at the bar area was quite good for bar food; and we really enjoyed ANIBAL, the bar tenddr. He went out of his way to provide us with a great experience. For the money, I would say this propeety was a good value. There are a lot of restaurants and bars clise by that you can easily walk to. The beach access is also a plus. We love Eahle Beach.

This was our first trip to Aruba and really enjoyed staying here. The room was perfect, staff was helpful and the pools were beautiful. We will be back.

Hotel is a 5 minute walk to Eagle beach and provides chair on the beach and the room was very spacious and clean.

Hotel was in a good location. Spacious. We had vouchers for breakfast. On our last day we ordered the bf to go. Did not realized waffles and chicken tenders were an additional charge of $4.50 but not a big deal. They were out of waffles and asked substituted pancakes which was ok. Unfortunately they forgot the chicken tenders and we just got the pancakes🙁 I guess I should have checked. Staff friendly, lots of parking. Nice swimming pools. Good layout. Too far walk to the beach. You need to cross another property and a not very busy road. Very hot when we were there low to mid 80’s. Good thing we weren’t there for beach access but wanted to see what the big deal is about eagle beach. We stayed in a palm beach hotel the first 2 days. Immediate beach access there but much more expensive. Fyi this was our first time in aruba. We used this hotel as a base for daytrips and to see eagle beach. We are not early risers so abnbs not an option.
