We requested the top floor and they were able to give us that. Also, the two girls on Friday night that were at the desk when we checked in were. We stay at this hotel, at least three times a year. The one thing that I would suggest is having the last hour of the pool and whirl pool from 9 to 10 PM be adults only. Every time we come in to use the whirl pool at night it’s packed with kids. I think if you would limit children to 9 PM and let the adults use the whirlpool for an hour it would be appreciated. We are not the only adults that have discussed this.

Great hotel for family trip to the Mall of America. Service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was decent for being free. Coffee was strong and delicious. Everything was incredibly clean and was did not have the usual bleach smell but actually had a clean smell to the room, which was refreshing. We will certainly stay here again!

Our room was very clean. The standout was the staff from an extremely helpful front desk to every maid, cook and maintenance member saying good morning. We stayed while attending a convention and found the hotel to be family friendly and an excellent value. The breakfast was good I wish it would have had a few more hot item choices but there was plenty of other stuff to fill up on.

I booked through ********** and was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with a smile the minute we walked in. The room was a lot larger than expected which was a wonderful surprise. There was even a separate sink in the kitchen area. Ample counter space for preparing our leftovers. The big sofa was a plus. It is so much nicer to sit on a sofa instead of the bed for eating and watching television. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices. The breakfast staff had a smile the whole time and kept the area well stocked. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel room was great and the breakfast was fabulous. There was some construction around the hot tub, and the temperature was tepid but the kids had fun in the pool. Great value!

Overall trip was good, the only drawback to the room was it did have a smell like stale cigarettes.

Me and my boyfriend stay here quite frequently. We have never really had any “serious” issues up until this last time. We got woken up at 6am by a family in a room near us. After we had a late check in the night before. My boyfriend called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do. He was being polite, and was talking calmly to Lynette, who was working the front desk. And she jumped down his throat and said that she was “sick of hearing his voice.” Completely uncalled for. Rude, and so unprofessional. It completely caught him off guard. Considering that we paid over $100 for one night of sleep, and didn’t get to sleep hardly at all, And then to have your employee respond to him rude like that?! Ridiculous. We have been loyal guests with you for quite some time now, but now after we were disrespected like that, we will never be returning again. Completely unnecessary.

There were kids running up and down the hallways and loudly talking during what should be quiet time. Very disrespectful.
