杜塞爾多夫3區-Hafen飯店

由火車站坐707電車可以到酒店，坐726巴士可以去老城，交通還行。邊上有家味道可以的日料。媒體港的建築也好看。

A very modern looking building in the middle of Düsseldorf Hafen district. I parked at the UCI cinema, as thought it would be easier, so cannot comment on hotel parking situation. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was very nice and clean, even with a small fridge (important feature for my liking). Cooling system in the room which is great and still not your usual thing in Europe so thumbs up for that!!! I was extremely lucky and had a room with a fabulous view of the harbor, just amazing! After check in i headed to the bar (first things first). Oh boy, totally and definitely recommend. Interesting not your every day typical cocktails, gorgeous views and knowledgeable and attentive staff. Loved it. All in all: definitely recommend, wasn’t last time for me. As a tiny minus i would mention that i would have appreciated some kind of slippers in the room, and room service was available only till 10 pm. Also when booking i was promised a ‘welcome drink’ which somehow never happened and was never mentioned and frankly i forgot to ask. But i do have that promise in the booking confirmation. If i might suggest anything it would have been great to be able to order some wine or alcohol to the room after 10 pm especially when the bar was opened till 1 am. But it’s just me. Oh and i couldn’t figure out how to pull up the blinds in the room, but again, it might be just me. Still most probably my choice the next time i’m in town and won’t hesitate to stay there again!

Amazing experience from A to Z Arrived at Hotel with fantastic parking spaces and ability to charge the car. Receptionist upon check-in have been super accommodating and professional, she was helpful, smiley and very complimenting thank you Pauline!!! Room was immaculate, contained very sustainable material with amazing and spacious layout and fantastic view. Huge thanks to all housekeeping staff without exception. They prepared baby cot to our daughter with bathrobe, slippers and shampoo, conditional and lotion with some wonderful toys as well!! During the stay, they did a wonderful job day in day out with refreshing and preparing a very welcome room. Huge thanks to the F&B team at both bar and room service. They placed amazing fruits basket upon arrived with a lovely letter. Bar staff, they were smiley, professional and very accommodating, playing with our daughter and asking always if we needed help etc and making the best food and drinks with special shout-out to Eike for being amazing dusting our visits! Breakfast staff were very nice despite how busy the area is during that weekend and they have ensured to seat it somewhere quiet and prepare baby seat for our daughter, they were attentive with coffee, eggs and everything else, thank you for your hard work! Lobby, wonderful and luxury layout with amazing atmosphere, concierge / bellman Bashir or Rachid ( please excuse my spelling) was a very wonderful guy, he was chatty and funny even our daughter was running toward him, you are so kind! Lastly, we had to checkout after amazing stay to be helped by one in a million receptionist her name is Paula if am not mistaken on 28th May around 13:00! Location is fantastic, hotel is wonderful and everything else is spot on. Suitable for families, corporates and leisure!! Thank you to all the staff!!!!

This was our 3rd stay while my husband was in Dusseldorf on business. We were so pleased to see some of the staff was back after Covid, as they always make our stay so pleasant. Zeinab is the hostess with the mostest, and Marcel and Tommy are excellent chefs, serving a delicious breakfast. Tommy even made me a special little cake for my birthday! Every evening Sabina, who has a winning personality, would serve us drinks at the bar and dinner a couple of evenings. Everyone goes out of their way to meet our needs and make us feel welcome. The hotel is very comfortable with every amenity needed. The location is close to several excellent restaurants, a little market, and a lovely walk to sit alongside the Rhine River. The Altstadt is a little bit of a trek but very doable. If you need an excellent taxi driver, have the desk staff call Mahmud.

由於我在杜塞爾多夫的“常規”酒店在最近的旅行中非常昂貴,我去了其他地方,偶然發現了弗里德里希斯塔特總理酒店,並對酒店有多好感到驚喜。如果你習慣了英國的Premier Inn連鎖酒店,你知道你可以期待一個體面的現代乾淨的酒店。德國的運營似乎也不錯,如果不是更好 - Friedrichstadt酒店地理位置優越,非常靠近杜塞爾多夫主要火車站,但安靜,只是足夠遠。除了方便前往火車站的火車和U bahn,酒店外面還有一個電車站。入住/退房很專業,大堂很好,熱情,房間如預期的寬敞,現代,設備齊全。早餐在大堂的一間漂亮的餐廳提供,停車方便,隔壁20歐元,24小時。甚至爲Premier Inn客人提供專用停車位。非常值得。總體來說很棒的住宿,我一定會回到這家酒店。推薦的

酒店停車場很大，開到3樓，然後去EG樓check- in，一般得下午三點左右才有房，早去了也衹能寄存行李。早餐挺新鮮的，值得含餐。 離店的時候問前台要停車打折券，不全免，我記得我們是一晚上最後付了20歐。 從酒店步行到萊茵塔也就十幾分鐘，10歐上個塔，然後沿街轉轉………

雖然天氣陰冷飄着小雪，並沒有阻擋來到號稱最多亞洲人的杜塞道夫，這次訂的酒店離車站非常近，原本以為酒店是比較老舊，可能設備什麼的會差強人意，加上訂的是三人房擔心會有點擁擠，沒想到房間特別的寬敞，行李箱可以完全打開，唯一不方便的是浴室很大卻沒有任何可以掛衣服的設定，更沒有任何簡易的層架可以擺放物品或衣物，使用上極為不便。不過前台接待的態度非常的和善，早餐的種類在歐洲算是豐富，餐點補充也非常及時，用餐環境也是寬敞舒適，總之是一次滿意的住宿體驗，有機會來杜塞道夫會再次訂房。

每次來杜塞，四星級酒店的首選。乾淨、整潔的一家旅館。第二天的時候個人原因睡過了打掃時間，服務員從門縫貼心地遞聯繫卡片進來，提示客人如需要毛巾等請聯繫客房，這一點非常好，很尊重客人私隱。此外特別點贊酒店的早餐餐廳，豆奶、蒸魚、還有新鮮水果都是亮點。連水煮蛋都分為5分鐘蛋、7分鐘蛋等等，可見日式用心。早餐還配了米飯和味增湯，非常照顧亞洲客人的飲食習慣。總體上完全是四星酒店的天花板了。酒店門口有一個很大的出租車等待區，而且街邊就是電車707的車站通向主火車站。此外提個建議：如有翻新客房的計劃，建議更換淋浴頭，稍微增加水流強度，並且增加淋浴、浴缸區域的面積。我一米八二的身高，站進浴缸裏洗淋浴的話，水流稍弱，地方稍顯侷促。不過基本上還不錯，可以好好洗個澡放鬆一下。

優點：1 房間大，我住的是兩人間，有門廳，有沙發，衛生間也大 2 窗子隔音不錯，雖然臨街，但不算吵，晚上可以休息好 3 離中央車站，景點的日本美食街都很近 4 比較乾淨 5 看到專用停車場 小意見：早飯量還可以，但品種略單調 總體而言是家不錯的酒店，適宜旅行者選定
