Tolles Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross, hell und ruhig. Sehr bequemes Bett, grosses Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Leider geht der Fahrstuhl nur bis zum 4. OG. und bei Regen wird es wegen der Dachfenster laut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Lage ( knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss bis in die Altstadt) Ruhige Lage. Wir hatten uns selber für das " Small " Doppelzimmer entschieden. Ausreichend Platz - tolles Bett, wunderbare Kissen - alles sauber- grosse begehbare Dusche, schöne gute Handtücher und ein absolut gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. EInfach zu EMPFEHLEN Wir kommen schon bald wieder

Sehr gute Betreuung. Die Angestellten waren immer ansprechbar. Lob an die Chefin, die mich bei einem Dilemma betreffend meiner Ladegeräte für das Smartphone/Labtop unterstützt hat...Würde das Hotel wiedwr buchen...

Ein feines kleines Hotel in Pempelfort. Charmantes sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, toller Kaffee.

Quelle belle surprise! Un hotel pas loin du centre de Dusseldorf! la chambre et superbe: le lit et la télé king size! une chambre de bain spacieuse et surtout un petit dejeuner copieux avec du salé et sucré pour 9 euros. Le parking est hors site a 100m et coute 20€. je le recommande sans hésiter!

Das Hotel hat alles, was man sich für einen Kurzurlaub wünscht. Es liegt nur einige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Düsseldorf und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an das Straßenbahn- und U-Bahnnetz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstückbuffet, es ist alles da , was das Herz begehrt. Einfach klasse.!!!

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier zu Gast. Wir haben ein zentral gelegenes und günstiges Hotel gesucht und gefunden. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Wir hatten ein kleines Doppelzimmer in der 4. Etage. Größe völlig ausreichend. Ausstattung sehr gut. Schönes Bad. Lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer durch große Glasfront. Gutes Bett. Unser Freund hatte ein Einzelzimmer in der 2 Etage. Auch hier gab es nichts zu meckern. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück für 9 € allin ist der Hammer. Gute Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen etc, Aufschnitt, Käse, Rührei, Spiegelei, Obst etc. und diverse Kaffee- und Teesorten. Auch hier war das Personal unheimlich freundlich. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Friendly staff, good location, clean room. However, in the double economy room, the bathroom had no door, i.e., the shower and the bathroom sink were next to bed, separated by a glass divider. The room was very small. There is no parking at the hotel, but they arranged a special price at a parking close by (a bit more expensive than the price indicated on the website). Overall, I wouldn't recommend it - at least for the economy rooms - because of the inconvenience of the bathroom.

I can be rather fussy when it comes to hotels but with Berial, I can't fault it at all! I asked for a quiet room and I certainly got it, so I slept like a baby each night. I had a single room and size wise it was perfectly adequate and exceptionally clean. I have an allergy to dust and I had no issues, not even a sneeze The bed was really comfortable as was the bedwear and pillows. The bed faced a window which give me a view of a lovely autumnal tree outside. Like the room itself, the en-suite was also an adequate size with a very decent shower. Breakfast was freshly prepared and tastefully displayed with a vast selection of everything possible continental. Even the eggs were cooked three different ways. I must also commend the barista skills of the staff who could make perfect lattes and cappacino's. I opted for an Americano which was top quality. The dining area is spacious, bright and modern with extremely comfortable chairs. There is also a very comfortable lounge there with big inviting couches to sink into. The hotels location is perfect; close walking distance to the old town, but with a pleasant park en-route. As a female solo traveler, I can say that I felt very safe, even when the evenings got dark. And as if that wasn't all very impressive, the staff were excellent- friendly, cheerful and very obliging. I always look forward to Quark when in Germany and when no plain quark was in the buffet, the waitress went directly to the kitchen and came back with a generous bowl for me. I also had the wrong adapter for charging my phone and they sourced one for me. On arrival, the man at reception joined me in the lounge and I felt as if I was at home with a neighbour, chatting over a cup of tea, rather than talking to a stranger in an impersonal hotel setting. They also organised a taxi for me when leaving. Without a doubt, I will be back!!
