「Love to have a longer stay here. If only the place was clean n freshen up. Stuffy smell still lingers around the room perhaps due to long it was not been use especially during Covid. Lucky we always bought our travel humidifier thus that solves the issue. Food for breakfast just the basic for rm18 for kids the cost is too much for the serving they have to offer. The staffs were friendly and helpfull thumbs up for that. Give it some time to brush up the entire place it will be good as before. Will still come back for more stay at Philea despite the flaws...」

「家庭如果5與2A 3K。酒店以前稱爲普特里度假村。順利入住。房間是2張單人牀(小)。雖然酒店名字是Amverton,但我知道是普特里度假村,因爲以前在這裏講課。 評分:順利入住和退房 大堂 - 不錯。很大。 房間:標準還可以。但會知道它是一種老酒店 布拉克快速:相當OK,馬來西亞食物和西餐品種很少。 *被收取了另外兩張水上樂園門票,我覺得酒店不應該收取費用。(2張已經包含在房間內)。它只是感覺像普通的游泳池,有孩子滑梯。僅此而已。」

「整體體驗對我家人來說足夠好。入住過程順利,退房更順利,沒有麻煩。房間寬敞乾淨。房間提供熨斗和鐵板,無需使用外面或從櫃檯拿。設施很好,甚至有乒乓球,羽毛球,大壩哈吉和棋子在泳池時間後玩。只需要隨時詢問櫃檯的設備。大樓樓上有2層,我們只是使用樓梯。不確定是否有電梯。謝謝HSM的熱情款待。」

「這次入住高級房....非常令人失望...地板不乾淨...塵土飛揚,到達牀邊....上一位住客的頭髮在地板上很多..房間的電話設施不工作..服務請求花了很長時間,不得不重新更新投訴。更舒適的公寓房。」

「總體還是可以的。但是在隔天早上拉開窗簾時發現在窗簾下有一衹之前客人穿過的拖鞋落在窗簾與牆壁縫隙裏。另外，廁所與電視下的枱面上有不少小螞蟻。早餐是可以的，但是餐盤上都有沒有洗凈的痕跡。」

「Fast check-in and check-out, plenty of parking spots available. I booked a room for 3 people, it looked decent at first glance however you can see dirty patches on the wall, mold spots and soap stains in the bathroom. The beds are low, causing difficulty for those with back pains, and really old and made squeaking sounds. Aircond worked fine, however the same can’t be said about the TV and the hairdryer. There’s no mini bar even though it’s shown in the photo. The iron and ironing board is located outside the room. Some amenities i.e toothbrush, comb weren’t provided. Maybe I was unlucky with the room and it felt like staying at a 2-star. We had breakfast buffet at Bemban restaurant, food was good with decent options. The dinner at Asahan Coffee was also superb, especially the fish head curry was sooo good. The staff were all friendly and gave greetings and the service was good. But the hotel should really invest more in the housekeeping area and the furniture/appliances maintenance.」
