杜倫大橋飯店(Bridge Hotel Durham)

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare, ce qui était mon principal critère de choix. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, agréablement calme pour être dans un pub. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Très bon repas au pub Seul bémol, le wifi est catastrophique.

Staff helpful and pleasant. Steep stairs to access bedroom not good for those with mobility issues. Bathroom far too small, poor ventilation. Sealant around shower was a mess badly applied and quite a bit of mould. Room cold but fan heater provided. Bed clean and comfortable. Breakfast good except for coffee which was not drinkable.

Room was dusty and the floor hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in months. I found two live carpet bugs on the bedsheet which suggests uncleanliness and lack of cleaning. The heater was broken, so they'd put a portable heater on the table. The remote control for the TV was so dusty it looked as if it had fungus growing over it. All this for £90 per night. To add insult to the mess the pints in the downstairs bar were £6.50. One positive was the breakfast - excellent eggs benedict served by the chef.

Der Pub ist wunderbar, die Zimmer sind wohl sehr unterschiedlich. Unser Zimmer (3) war sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht ist das ok. Trotz vieler Parfumstaebchen roch es aus dem Badezimmer.

What a lovely site manager also staff. The room is very basic but it's a very old building. I did want to wash my hair on the morning but couldn't find an hairdryer but if I was desperate I'm thinking I would of been given one if I asked, the bed was comfortable and clean bedding, bathroom shower very good but needed the mouldy silicone sorting out. We was also left with 2 table top heaters as the radiator didn't come on but we was happy with this. We ate here in the evening & the food was amazing. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and excellent quality. Would I stay here again? YES. The town centre is literally on your doorstep. Thankyou Bridge Hotel
