南十字美景飯店(Scenic Hotel Southern Cross)

A pleasant stay in a central location. Good- sized rooms, comfortable beds. More drawer space would be an improvement. Excellent breakfast choices. Reception and room service superior.

I don’t usually right reviews, but I had to in this case. The room was filthy ( hair and dust everywhere) and we were staying for 3 nights. Tried to suck it up and stay in that room but just couldn’t do it. Requested another room and they made us wait until after 3 the following day for a new room. We figured out that the reason for the wait was because they had to get rooms ready for a whole tour bus first. Like they couldn’t prioritize cleaning one room before the others. Absolutely not ok. Would never stay with this company again.

got there early (just after 12pm) got told the room is not ready. So went for a walk for a couple hours and returned when the normal check in would be opened and still got told the room was still not ready, and get told we'll call you when it is ready. We waited for an hour in the foyer and saw a lot of other customers checking in and still no info from the hotel. We had to go back up to reception to find out what's going on they say sorry, and gave us a room another room only find out when we arrived at the room that they had already gave that room to one of the other customers after we had asked for a room at 2pm. With a system crash when we did try to chick in too boot. Very Disappointing and not good enough for the hotel, no organization. No compo other then a sorry i felt like crap after having to deal i won't bother coming back to this hotel again.
