Very nice hotel, conveniently located and the staff at the front desk are super friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will stay again!! A+

We were disappointed that the hot tub was being repaired during our stay. The pool was very cold and we could only stay in it a short time. No one else was using the pool. The pull out couch mattress was not very comfortable for our adult son. Bathroom was very very small. Good location next to the Mall. Also note: Extra charges are incurred if your check in early ($30) and if you use the safe ($1.65/day). Check your bill before paying.

Loved the friendly staff!! Accommodated us with a crib which we loved for our little one! Portable cribs are hard to haul anywhere so the hotel having some available at no charge is a major bonus!!

Staff was very friendly. The building is old and outdated, but room and public areas are clean. Was a bit noisy. Gym has a window unit ac, so if you use that room, go turn it on 20 mins before your workout. Breakfast was good.

Very rude check in Hotel was fine, room was comfortable. Check in was very poor. We had a boat and needed some room to park so we pulled out front. Barb ran out and told us we are unable to park there as the lot might fill up. This was already 8:30PM so it was odd to think that the nearly empty lot was going to fill up. After all of this and me trying to find a spot to put a boat she ran out in the parking lot yelling that my card had been declined. So I stopped trying to park and had to walk back to the office for her to tell me she made a mistake and everything was ok. Again no apologies and very rude.

May 10 to 13th 2025 We were very please with the double queen suite...thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back...we've usually stayed at the days inn on London rd but prefer this one.
