"When we arrived these staff only claimed to have a reservation for one room other than the two we had booked and were doing charge us double of what we had already paid on Trip.com. Then they gave us the key to a room already occupied because of a malfunctioning reservation system. Then it took a long time to find me another room which I finally got into after 2 am!"

"My kiddos were very disappointed that they were unable to use the pool in the morning. They woke up extra early in anticipation of jumping right in the pool only to find out it was being cleaned and treated when it was suppose to be open. We asked the front desk and were informed it wouldn't be available until well after our check out time. It was a big deal for us as the pool is always the number one highlight for our kids and we didn't get to utilize it the night before. We had a nice stay otherwise. Very comfortable beds. Kind and helpful staff."
