Ужасный отель, грязный, горячей воды нет, отвратительный сервис, грубый персонал. Шумоизоляция никакая. Тараканы в номере. Воняет. I am currently staying in this hotel. Today my husband called reception and had a very unpleasant conversation with reception person, her name is Afsana. The thing is that my husband just wanted to have a water stopper for bathtub. The engineer guy asked to call reception for that and I really don’t understand why. My husband again asked for the same reception lady afsana however she said that it is not allowed to fulfill the bathtub as per municipality which does not make sense at all. The way she was talking to my husband was very unprofessional. She was raising her voice, interrupting my husband and addressing to my husband “baba”. My husband was talking to her in bathroom, at same time I was in the bed already and even me I could hear her voice that’s how loud she was talking to my husband. After that I called her and I asked a simple question why she was rude to my husband and why she was addressing to him “baba”. He is a GUEST, he is not her boyfriend or brother or anyone she knows and can talk t him that way. Instead of apologizing she started arguing with me, kept interrupting me, not letting me to talk . I told her once to stop interrupting me and listen to me , she continued talking in a rude way, disrespecting, ignoring my requests, raising her voice more and more. At one point I felt that I am actually at her place and she is my guest. That’s how she was talking to me. This is ridiculous. After all she just hanged up the phone in my face. Just like that. I called reception again, she picked up the call and hanged up on me again. I called up reception again, that time another person picked up the phone, his name is shammas. I asked him to call me the manager and he said that manager is not available. Then he started talking to someone at same time while he was with me on the phone and laughing. I asked for email where I can send the complaint. He said that he doesn’t know any and continue making fun of me , talking to me very carelessly . I asked for his name. He suddenly kept quiet, after calling him he just hanged up on me. I called up again, he picked up the phone and again hanged up on me, he did it again after I called him 3rd time. Is this the way how guests are treated in this hotel. I have feeling that I am staying here complimentary. We are guests, our requests should be respectfully handled. Even if any request cannot be done, still it should be politely declined. I need meeting with general manager of this hotel. The behavior of your staff is just unacceptable and very, extremely inappropriate and rude. More over, this is not the first time when we requested to see the manager. The first time was when we just checked in. At that moment when we asked for manager, receptionist said that manager is not available. Therefore, I would like to know, is there any manager available in this hotel at all ??
