杜拜You&Co公寓飯店(You&Co co-Living Dubai)

I stayed at You & Co for two months. It's a great place for freelancers or people who work remotely. The staff and the community of people living there were amazing. It's the best place to stay if you're new to Dubai and want to make friends. They have lots of events and activities to participate in. The rooms were clean overall, and they cleaned them every other week for free. However, how clean the shared spaces like the kitchen in your flat is depends on the people you live with. I think it would be better if the staff emphasized more keeping common areas tidy, like the coworking space. Some people stayed in the Zoom Booth for a long time, more than the recommended hour. The kitchen in my flat didn't have many supplies. There were only a few glasses and mugs, and just two pans and two pots. The location isn't very convenient. You usually need to take a taxi to the nearest metro station because the bus takes a long time to get there. Overall, I think it's worth the money, especially during the summer when the prices are lower. It's a good choice for solo travelers or couples, but I don't think it's the best place for families or kids.

To be honest it was very bad experience doesn’t worth even the price I paid for the problem it was I paid for a whole month so I couldn’t even cancel after couple days because it’s not refundable. Their system it’s so weird not like other apartments in Dubai For example they don’t clean the rooms everyday they do it every two weeks as a tourist I had to go buy cleaning products to clean by myself same thing with bed sheets , shower gel , toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap , you need to buy all of this if you’re planning to book this apartment. The weird part is if I’m having a problem in my apartment there is no number to call the only way to contact them is through what’s app and they will not answer you after 8:30 PM so for example if I’m having a problem in my apartment at 10 PM I have to wait till the next day In the morning, plus there is not garbage bins in the rooms and washroom so I had to buy 3 garbage bins as well , plus the pressure of the water very weak and there is no hot water just warm water. Finally I don’t recommend any tourist to book this apartment because of the bad service.

The place is very well done and clean / organised! We were so pleasantly surprised when we found the kitchen was 100% functional and they also stock it with essential pots/ pans/ cutlery / plates / bowls etc. they even had salt and pepper stocked in the kitchen! Very happy with the place overall, swimming pool and gym also available. The only drawback is the location - it is far out from the city center and I think the exact neighborhood (Production city) is not yet metro connected so travelling to and fro was exhausting and long! The closest metro station is Jumeirah Golf Estates which is 35-40 mins in the bus. Ofcourse if you don’t have budget constraints and are able to take taxis everywhere then this place is 100% recommended by me. Once this area gets metro connected it would be my go to place always.

I really liked this place, very modern and fun concept. Apartment was clean, stylish and new, the bed is super comfortable. Staff is super friendly and always happy to help. Coworking is very convenient for work. Will definitely come back again.

It's very nice place, especially for long-term. They have co-working and so many activities, so you always will be busy and interested. My room was very cozy and neighbor was super friendly. Hope I will come back in the future. There is very friendly and fun community (even in WhatsApp)

It's a very nice and quiet place. We lived there for a few months and were happy with everything, especially the different activities organized by the coliving - yoga, art class, English club. For some people it may seem that the rooms are small, but this is compensated by the common spaces, there is a co-working space, patio, swimming pool. The staff is always on hand and responds quickly to requests. Overall, we recommend it!

Unfortunately my trip wasn't really good with this hotel and I apologise to my self to and my family to book the worst hotel in Dubai. I booked it through booking application as it was showing there that it a 4 star facilities and pay directly through the application. Once I arrive I was looking for the concierge service and I was shocked that this service was not available then I took my luggage and reached to the reception which was a guy sitting behind the disk, he didnt welcome us as all receptionists on 4 Star Hotel after a long trip more than 500 km to reach Dubai. I didnt appreciate his attitude. We pay 1500 Derhams insurance (very expensive)and only cash , we didnt have derhams coz we arrive dubai that time, the receptionist refuse to receive the same amont of money with our country currancy, my husband went out again searching for a shop to chang the currency so we can go to our apartment and have rest, I stay before on Staybridge Suites Dubai which is Also 4 star and we pay 500 Derham only and they where so polite . Once we finish cheking in we notice that there was no door keys the receptionist inform us to download an application and coz our door will only open through scanning our phone through the device attached to the door, and the way is not comfortable to the customer to force them to download the application. Although after that we took our luggage by our self to our Apartment and once we enter we notice that the apartment wasn't clean and we went down with our luggage to the receptionist to inform him so, her apologies and inform us that her will change the apartment to other block so we to our luggage again to other bolck. The room was without a trash bin, there were no enough water ,the handle of the romm cobored was broken, no arrow for prayer way...etc Today we want to check out at 7:30 coz we have to go back to our country and there is no receptionist on the disk, the security inform us that he will come at 9 am, I DONT CALL THIS HOTEL 4 STAR HOTEL, THE IS ZERO CRITERIA FOR EVEN 1 STAR I advice the adminsration to read the reviews coz most of them was bad and also they need to train their receptionist on communication skills. I dont recommend it for professional people with high standers & on realty this hotel is not 4 star.

Their costume service really is really bad they and they don't really cear the place was great but just costume service is not there at all. Start with stuff not working at the house end when I was trying to extend my stay for an extra night. They asked me to pay 250% more than the normal rate I paid for 2 weeks

Terrible place to stay at - bullying from reception manager (he dared to tell me aggressively that I need to change the clothes in Muslim country when I was just passing my in my summer Clothes) Cockroaches in the room No proper assistance with any electrical devices or questions by managers when asked for Loud neighbors Head & the main - disrespectful attitude
