I like the hotel so much especially the staff. I haven’t seen such an amazing staff like this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but I couldn’t find a well trained and experienced like la Ville city walk autograph collection hotel. I would like to highlight the below employees: Elieen from Mozambique, she was in the reception when I checked in. She welcomed me with smiley face and was greeting me and give me the keys of my apartment within 10 minutes although I arrived @ 1:00 pm. She was so cute and helpful. Also, her colleague I believe her name is Loreta from east Europe was so nice and was doing her best to understand and help a Saudi man who doesn’t speak English and he was asking for a late check out and in a smiley face she gave him till 4:00 pm. She was a great. Also, I will not forget Mr. Salem from Morocco. He is a really good person “gentleman”. I called regarding the internet connection and he was really helpful and he sent me the technician to my apartment. Also, he was following up with me about the Internet after a while to make sure everything is good. He offered a fruit basket as a compliment from the hotel. Last but not least, Ms. Chante who works in the lobby cafe I think she is European. She was so nice and she gave my wife a nice note with wonderful words along with a bar of chocolate. She was a really professional person and we like her so much. Also, I would like to appreciate and thank Mr. Goraf in my precious stay for everything he has done to us. Such as “complimentary drinks and snacks during our check in as well as a breakfast to compensate for the late check in. Very nice guy.

We had a marvellous time in La Ville : it is a beautiful hotel, only 5 stores high, at the Citywalk and about a 2 km walk to the Mall and the Burj Khalifa. What and who we loved most, are the people who worked in La Ville : the staff not only takes care of the tourists in a professional way, but they do their job with their heart and soul, they are involved with their work! We have not yet seen this attitude in any other hotel, and we have already been to many hotels around the world!

Absolutely amazing hotel with phenomenal amenities, excellent location located at the City Walk, extremely clean & comfortable with the BEST in class, customer service. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff who ensured we had everything that we needed for our stay. After advising that we were there to see the Burj Khalifa for the New Years Eve show, they did everything that they could to accommodate us. We were greeted at our beautifully setup room with a movie night setup (popcorn, pretzels, candy & chips), which was a nice touch to such a clean, modern and comfortable room! We attended the New Years Eve party at the Lookup Bar that had the most amazing view of the Burj Khalifa without the huge crowds! Thank you so much to Mr. Frank for ensuring that we had the time of our lives and also to DJ Styles, for keeping the party going! On our last day there, we decided to explore and immediately walking out of the back door, you are on the City Walk - full of shops, restaurants and activities - all with an amazing view of the skyline! I am a titanium elite member with Marriott, staying over 140 nights at other properties, but I must say the La Ville Hotel in Dubai, has far exceeded my expectations! As excited as I was to visit Dubai again, I didn’t want to leave the hotel as it was an experience in itself! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality with stellar accommodations. Thank you again Ms. Elaine & the amazing staff at La Ville for going just that little step extra for your guests! Have visited here a few times and love this hotel, highly recommended. Have tried all the restaurants - Chival and Grapeskin are great, but love the vibe in Graze. Never been to a hotel with such friendly staff too. Everyone is so lovely, from Chinmay and Chanté in Graze, to Varindr and Adhikari out the front. Definitely a spot to try if you're in Dubai.
