I can only describe this hotel as the best. I was privileged enough to stay at this gorgeous property. It only gets more breathtaking as you walk in. The staff at this place were all great. Great hospitality. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The location is top notch. You get the most mesmerizing view of the Burj. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this property whenever i am travelling to or through. Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. The amenities provided inside the room makes you feel like you are cared for. It is the perfect stay if you are travelling with your family.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in this property with my family early this month Jan 2024. The staff are amazing and i was very much impressed with he hospitality. The hotel is situated in the most popular part of Dubai with easy access to all the major restaurants and mainly Dubai Mall. The hotel is equipped with all necessary amenities and is perfect to stay with family. The house keeping and front office staff were very helpful. The best part of my stay that I would like to highlight is the Burj view. I would definitely visit the property again and would highly recommend the same to my friends and family.

I had an absolutely incredible two-day stay at Vida Downtown! The hospitality was beyond compare, with a staff that went above and beyond to ensure every moment was memorable. The interiors were stunning, blending modern elegance with comfort seamlessly. And let's talk about the location – absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Vida Downtown is a true gem, and I can't wait to return.

Located in Downtown and is close to Dubai Mall and has the beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and business bay canal with easy access to all restaurants and retails in Downtown. I was impressed with the professional service and amazing hospitality from the entire staff and housekeeping is always available upon request. I would highly recommend for short and long stays especially for families as the Residence is equipped with kitchen and other appliances. It has all the necessary amenities under one roof.

Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. In dem gemütlichen Bett konnten wir gut schlafen. Das Hotel hat eine optimale Lage. Die Innenstadt (B. K., die Mall etc.), ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.

Vida Downtown is in the perfect location in Downtown, beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and easy access to Dubai Mall. Variety of restaurants spread across in the entire Downtown. Good and clean rooms with excellent service. Mostly the staffs they keep the hospitality like a tradition and respectful way even it feels like family. I strongly recommend Vida Downtown for your stay especially those with family and also business trip and enjoy the moments with it.

Good family hotel althouht there are a lot of party people with woman in as well. We loved the convenience of having washing machine and kitchen. The only downside was there was no coffee machine. I have even addresses this to the GM's email address but never got any feedback. Other competitors like Sonder offer coffee machines in the serviced apartments. Another thing is the housekeepers threw away the straw of my baby bottle hence I am not able to use it anymore. I have asked them about it as well but they didn't get back to me. Overall, I think for the price you pay you can get much better treatment in 5 star hotel.

My September stay was my 2nd trip to Vida Downtown. It was a lovely experience. The location is excellent, and the team is fantastic. It is a luxurious place with clean and well-maintained facilities. Special thanks to Irma Vida Queen, who always had the best smile. She is super supportive and always meets the expectations. Defiantly my only place while I am in Dubai

تعامل ولا ارقى من ناحية الخدمة والنظافة والاسلوب الجميل ومتعاونين الى ابعد الحدود مو اول مرة انزل يمهم دائما انزل يمهم ويخجلون في التعامل وخصوصاً انطون متعاون جداً ومبتسم دائماً وميسون كذلك …. يساعدون في كل شي ومايقولون لا على اي شي وحتى لو مايقدروا يعملوه يحاولون يحلوه دائماً
