我是4月份出差到瑪瑙斯，衹能説這個酒店一點都不comfortable. 床上沒有被子衹有一張床單，桌子壞了我找前台幾天也沒修 晚上不隔音，隔壁電視聲音一晚上沒停過 早餐也就那樣。我還是推薦住holiday inn

This hotel is in the middle of the industrial district and so there is absolutely nothing near it at all. The WiFi was absolutely terrible and they make you sign in every hour. The food in the restaurant was good but the app they make you order on was so painful that the whole experience was just frustrating.

Tive uma ótima experiência neste hotel principalmente pelo atendimento dos recepcionistas Neto e Deivis que me trataram super bem. Eu recomendo este hotel a todos quanto recusarem de uma hospedagem. Obrigado

Serviço ruim, quartos ruins, equipe pouco prestativa. Café da manhã péssimo, eles cobram até por uma tapioca (que nem sempre tem) ou por um omelete seboso. Você pede uma simples tigela ou uma colher na cozinha pra comer algo que trouxe de fora e els não atendem. Vazamentos no banheiro. Higiene precária. Horrível!

Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through *******. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great.

Gostaria de parabenizar toda Equipe do Comfort Manaus, especialmente a Layssa. Me ajudou muito desde minha reserva, até o fechamento. Sempre prestativa, procurando o melhor para que tenhamos uma estadia perfeita. E atingiu o objetivo!!!! PARABENS!!!

Indicado para quem faz turismo de negócios. Excelente estrutura das instalações. Localizado no distrito industrial, um pouco distante das atrações turisticas, mas próximo das empresas do Polo industrial.
