We understand the convenience that shuttle services can offer. While we currently do not provide this service, we are pleased that you found the nearby metro (approximately 1 km away), buses, and tram to be conveniently located for accessing different parts of the city. I sincerely apologize for the disturbance it caused and for the frustration you experienced with the room change. It’s disappointing to hear that the room you were moved to felt like a downgrade rather than the comfortable upgrade you deserved. Your comfort is our priority, and I regret that we did not deliver on this promise.I’m also sorry that the options for tours and the timing of breakfast did not align with your plans. Our intention is always to provide the best possible experience for our guests, and I apologize that you felt pressured into booking a more expensive tour. We will be reviewing our tour offerings and how we communicate them to ensure that all options are made clear and that our guests feel fully informed.Regarding breakfast, I understand how frustrating it must have been to miss out on a meal you had paid for.
